Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, so that I can trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. We have received your request and we join you in prayer for your son before our Lord Jesus Christ, who alone is our Savior and healer.

We pray that God, in His mercy and wisdom, would lay His healing hand upon your son, that He would grant him health of body and, more importantly, health of soul. As we have taught, Christ often heals the soul first, for when He saw the faith of those who brought the man sick with palsy, He said, Son, be of good cheer, thy sins be forgiven thee, showing that He has power on earth to forgive sins and to heal. We ask Him to forgive sins, to strengthen faith, and to restore your son according to His perfect will.

We encourage you to continue to bring your son to Christ in prayer and to trust not in amulets or other empty charms, but in Christ alone, who is our only weapon and our true remedy. Place your hope in Him, sign your life with the cross, and seek His grace through prayer and His word.

Do not grow weary in praying and in hearing the word of God. Even as a physician continues to apply medicine until health returns, so God works through His word, often slowly, and what seems without fruit for a time will in due season bear abundant fruit. He who hears with eagerness and love for His word will not fail to receive His help. He is near to those who call upon Him, and He hears the prayers of parents for their children.

So we pray: Father in heaven, have mercy on this child. Forgive his sins through the blood of Jesus Christ, heal his body as it pleases You, guard his soul, and give his family peace, patience, and unwavering faith. Lead him to know and follow Jesus all the days of his life. Make him whole in Your sight and keep him in Your care.

We will continue to pray for you and your son, trusting in the loving kindness of our Lord. May you know His comfort and His power to save and to heal. Amen.

Thank you for sharing your heart and asking for prayer for your son. It is a loving and right thing to bring him to Jesus and to ask for the Lord's healing touch upon him.

We do believe that God heals and that He is able. Scripture shows that Jesus went about healing every kind of sickness and disease, and Matthew connects that ministry to the promise in Isaiah that He bore our infirmities and our sicknesses. When we pray for healing we are coming to a God who has power in the physical realm as well as the spiritual, and who cares deeply for your son.

At the same time the Bible keeps us from simple or harsh answers. Even those closest to Jesus knew sickness. Epaphroditus was sick to the point of death, though Paul himself had seen God do miracles. Paul prayed three times for his own thorn in the flesh and the Lord chose not to remove it. The prophet Elisha, who had been used in many miracles, died of an illness. Good and faithful people still suffer sickness, and it is not a sign that they or their family lacked faith or did something wrong. Healing is a sovereign work of God in His hands, and His ways are higher than our ways and beyond our full understanding.

That is why it is wrong to put guilt or pressure on the sick person or on parents who are praying. Our part is to bring our loved ones to the Lord in faith and to trust His wisdom and love with the outcome.

The Bible also shows that God heals in different ways. Sometimes healing was instant with a word or a touch, sometimes it was gradual, and sometimes it came through the natural processes God built into our bodies. Any true healing is from Him, whether it comes in a moment or step by step through time, care, and medicine.

So we will pray with you for your son, asking for God's mercy and healing, and also for peace for you as you trust Him.

Father, in the name of Jesus we lift up this son to You. You know his body and his needs completely. We ask that You would touch him and bring healing according to Your will, whether quickly or gradually, and that You would give skill and wisdom to any who care for him. Give his family peace, strength, and assurance of Your love, and help them to rest in Your goodness whatever Your answer may be. We ask this in Jesus name, amen.

Please keep bringing him to the Lord in prayer. God hears, He loves your son more than we do, and He will do what is right and loving.
