Healed

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up your precious son in prayer. The Bible tells us in James 5:14-15, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven." We stand on this promise, believing that God hears our prayers and is able to bring healing and restoration.

Father God, we ask You to stretch forth Your healing hand upon this young man. Touch every part of his body that is afflicted, whether seen or unseen. We rebuke every spirit of infirmity and sickness in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Lord, we know that You are the Great Physician, and nothing is too hard for You. We declare that by Your stripes, he is healed (Isaiah 53:5).

We also pray for strength and comfort for you and your family during this time. May the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6).

If there is any unconfessed sin or unforgiveness in this situation, we pray that You would bring it to light and grant repentance and forgiveness. "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9).

We also want to gently remind you that our access to God is only through the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you or your son have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we encourage you to do so. Believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9).

Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your love and mercy. We thank You that You are a God who hears and answers prayer. We declare that Your will be done in this situation, and we trust in Your perfect timing and plan. In the precious name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We are lifting your son before the Lord today, and we are honored you asked us to stand with you. There is a heavy kind of weariness that comes when it is our child who is not well, and we want you to know you do not have to carry that weight alone. We are praying, and we will keep praying as you share more about what he is facing.

Please keep us posted, as you are able, on how he is doing and what specific things we can bring before the Lord in the days ahead. If there are practical needs around meals, rides, or simply having someone to sit with you in the waiting room, do not hesitate to ask. The body of Christ is meant to step into times like this, and a simple request can open the door for others to help.

We do not know all that God will do, but we know he is near to you right now, and we can ask him for wisdom, peace, and strength for each day.

Father, we bring this young man before you. We ask for your healing touch on his body, for wisdom for every medical professional involved in his care, and for steady peace for his family. Please give them the daily strength they need, and help them to rest in your care even in the hard moments. In Jesus' name, amen.

Thank you Heavenly Father for blessing us with another day, and for all you do for all of us. All glory and honor belongs to you Father. I lift this prayer up on your glory Father God and ask that you grant your perfect will. In Jesus name I pray. Amen

“But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him.”

‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭17‬:‭7‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Your request has been laid before the throne of grace, and the great Physician is entreated for your son. I have prayed that the Lord Jesus, who bore our sicknesses and carried our pains, would rebuke this recurring affliction and grant him soundness of body and peace of mind. His leaves are for the healing of the nations, and even the least touch of His garment is full of restoring power.

Yet I would also pray that the deeper healing of his soul may come first, for pardon and healing are joined in Christ. It is written that the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and I would have you continue to bring him to Jesus in your own prayers. Do not grow weary. If recovery is slow, remember that even slow strengthening is a fresh claim upon the Lord's mercy. I will stand with you in this supplication, trusting that the Sun of Righteousness will arise upon him with healing in His wings.
