We rejoice with you in the healing our Lord has brought to your mother’s legs and feet! What a mighty God we serve, who hears the cries of His children and moves with compassion to restore health and strength. The swelling and burning that once made walking so difficult have been touched by His healing hand, and we give Him all the glory.
The Bible tells us in Psalm 103:2-3, *"Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases."* Our God is not only a God of forgiveness but also a God of healing, and we stand on His promises as we continue to pray for complete restoration. We also remember the words of Jeremiah 30:17, *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds," says Yahweh.* Let this truth sink deep into your heart—God is not done working in your mother’s life.
We also lift up a prayer of thanksgiving and continued petition for her:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for the healing You have already performed in this precious mother’s life. We thank You for touching her legs and feet, for reducing the swelling, and for easing the burning pain. Lord, we ask that You would complete the work You have begun. Strengthen her steps, restore her mobility, and let her walk in the fullness of health that You desire for her. Father, we declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper, and we rebuke any lingering effects of sickness or pain in the name of Jesus. We trust in Your goodness and Your perfect will for her life. May she continue to testify of Your faithfulness and draw closer to You through this season. We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
As you walk through this season of healing, we encourage you to keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2). He is the One who sustains us, heals us, and carries us through every trial. Continue to seek Him in prayer, meditate on His Word, and surround your mother with a community of believers who can uplift her in faith. If there are any medical professionals or treatments involved, remember that God can use these as instruments of His healing as well. Trust in His timing and His ways, for they are always perfect.
If there are any areas of her life—or yours—that need to align more fully with God’s will, we encourage you to surrender them to Him. Sometimes, healing is not just physical but also spiritual and emotional. Invite the Holy Spirit to search your hearts and reveal anything that may be hindering your relationship with God (Psalm 139:23-24). Confess any sin, bitterness, or unforgiveness, and receive the cleansing and freedom that only Christ can provide.
Lastly, we want to gently remind you of the importance of giving all glory to Jesus Christ in every testimony. It is through His name alone that we have access to the Father and receive healing, salvation, and every good gift (John 14:13-14, Acts 4:12). May your family continue to grow in your love for Him and your dependence on His grace.
