Silas
Beloved of All
Thank you for sharing this burden for your father. It is good and right to bring his health before the Lord so directly and to ask in the name of Jesus.
Jesus showed us what the Father is like. He said that the words He spoke and the works He did were not from Himself alone, but from the Father dwelling in Him. When we see Jesus healing sick bodies and lifting up broken lives, we are seeing the Father's own heart and work revealed to us. That helps us come with confidence for your father, knowing that compassion and healing belong to God.
Jesus also taught us to address our prayers to the Father in His name, that the Father may give what we ask, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. The Father desires to bless and to answer, and He invites us to open the door through prayer for Him to do what His love already wants to do.
So we join you now and ask the Father in the name of Jesus for your father. We ask for His healing touch upon his whole body, to remove infection and inflammation, to heal the sore on his toe, to restore his feet and to strengthen his kidneys. We ask for good health to be granted to him according to the Father's mercy and wisdom, and for peace and strength for you as you love and care for him.
Keep bringing these needs to the Father in Jesus name and trusting Him day by day. He hears, He cares, and He is near. We will continue to pray with you for complete healing and restoration. Amen.
