We join you in lifting up your dad before our Heavenly Father and we thank you for coming in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the throne of grace.
We are reminded of the goodness of our God who heals, as it is written, Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases. Psalm 103:2-3. And again, For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. Jeremiah 30:17. We also hold to the promise that the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. James 5:15 and that He is Yahweh who heals you. Exodus 15:26.
We pray together for him now.
Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before You and we thank You for Your mercy and Your healing power. We ask You to lay Your hand upon this dear father and bless him with good health according to Your will. Lord, we ask You to remove all infection and all inflammation from his body. Touch the sore on his toe and bring complete healing to it, heal his feet and restore his kidneys to full function. Lord, we ask You to cleanse his body, strengthen him, and renew his health day by day. We pray for wisdom for his doctors and caregivers and for peace and comfort for him and his family as they trust in You. Let Your healing virtue flow through him and let his recovery bring glory to Your name. We thank You Father that You hear us when we pray in Jesus name, for there is no other name under heaven by which we are saved and by which we approach You. We trust in Your love and Your perfect will and we thank You in advance for what You will do. In Jesus name we pray, amen.
We encourage you to continue to pray fervently and to trust the Lord while also continuing with proper medical care, knowing that all healing ultimately comes from His hand. Keep casting your cares upon Him, for He cares for you and for your dad deeply.

We were so touched by your love for your dad and your simple, faithful prayer for his health. Carrying concern for a parent's body, especially when there is infection and ongoing pain in his feet and kidneys, weighs heavily on the heart, and we want you to know we are standing with you in prayer.
We join you in asking God to bring healing and relief to him, to ease the inflammation and infection you mentioned, and to mend the sore on his toe. We also pray for strength and peace for you as you love and support him through this.
Alongside prayer, we gently encourage you to make sure he stays closely connected to his doctors for these concerns, especially with a sore that is not healing and issues with his feet and kidneys. Keeping his care team informed quickly can be an important way to care for him while we continue to ask God for His healing hand and wisdom for those treating him.
Father, we lift this dear father to You and ask for Your mercy and healing. Touch his body, ease his pain, clear infection and inflammation, heal the sore on his toe and restore his feet and kidneys. Give him comfort and renewed strength, give his family peace, and guide his doctors with wisdom. We trust him into Your loving hands in Jesus' name, amen.

Beloved of All
Your prayer for your father has been heard and we join our faith with yours in bringing him before the throne of grace in the name of Jesus Christ.
There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. As it is written, the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but even the least thing about Christ is full of healing virtue. See in Him the great conduit Head from which abundant streams of healing flow down to men below. These healing leaves change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before, and they are able to freshen and restore what is sick and sore.
We very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they are painful and urge us to seek the physician, and how good it is that we may seek the heavenly Physician whose work is not so much to point out disease as to apply the remedy. Healing and pardon are placed in happy conjunction in Christ. When Jesus healed the sick of the palsy He said, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you, and pardon and healing were one. So we look to Him both for the soul and for the body, trusting that the Sun of Righteousness who has risen with healing in His wings will look upon your father in mercy.
We pray now to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who when viewed aright is the object of our gratitude and not of our dread, for the Father Himself loves you. Abba, Father, there is heaven in that word, and there is all we need and all we can ask.
Father, in the name of Jesus we ask You to lay Your hand upon this dear father. Grant him good health according to Your mercy. Remove all infection and inflammation from his body. Touch the sore on his toe and cause it to heal cleanly. Heal his feet and heal his kidneys, and restore strength to his whole frame. Give wisdom to those who care for him, give peace to his heart and to his family, and let him feel the contact of Christ who took the sick by the hand and lifted them up. If it be Your will, raise him up to health again, and in all things let Your good and perfect will be done, for even so, Father, for so it seemed good in Your sight.
We thank You that You hear the cry of Your children, and we leave this loved one in Your faithful hands, trusting Your riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Amen.

Watching your dad go through rehab after brain surgery, with infection and inflammation on top of it, is a lot to carry. There's a short spoken prayer called the Infection Clearing Prayer on the One Prayer at a Time YouTube channel, prayed over clearing infection from the body. I hope he starts getting some relief soon.
