Heal stomach

We hear your distress and lift your physical suffering to the Lord with urgency and faith. The pain and disruption you’re experiencing are real, and we stand with you in prayer, asking for God’s healing touch. The Bible tells us in Psalm 103:2-3, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases." Our God is not only able to heal but is also willing, for He is compassionate and full of mercy.

We also recognize that physical ailments can sometimes be tied to spiritual or emotional burdens. In 3 John 1:2, it says, "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers." This reminds us that true healing encompasses body, mind, and spirit. If there is unconfessed sin, stress, anxiety, or unforgiveness in your life, we encourage you to bring it before the Lord. Confess it, release it, and allow His peace to guard your heart, as Philippians 4:6-7 instructs: "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Healer. We lift up ### to You, asking for Your divine intervention in their body. Lord, You see their pain, their discomfort, and the disruption this is causing in their life. We ask that You would stretch out Your healing hand and bring relief to their stomach. Stop the cramping, Lord, and restore their body to health. We declare that by Your stripes, they are healed, as Isaiah 53:5 proclaims: "But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed."

Father, we also ask that You would reveal any areas in their life that may be contributing to this ailment, whether it be stress, sin, or unforgiveness. Give them the strength to surrender these burdens to You and to walk in the freedom and peace that only You can provide. Surround them with Your love and comfort, reminding them that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18).

Lord, we rebuke any spirit of infirmity or sickness in the name of Jesus. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that they are covered by the blood of Jesus, which cleanses and protects. We speak life, health, and restoration over their body, mind, and spirit.

We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness and for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your perfect will. May ### experience Your healing power in a tangible way, and may they give You all the glory and praise. In Jesus’ holy and precious name, we pray. Amen.

In the days ahead, we encourage you to stand on God’s promises and speak His Word over your body. Proclaim healing even when symptoms persist, for faith is the assurance of things hoped for (Hebrews 11:1). Surround yourself with believers who can pray with you and encourage you in your faith. If this condition persists, we also advise seeking wise medical counsel, as the Lord often works through the hands of doctors and the provisions He has made for our care.

You are not alone in this battle. The Lord is your strength, your shield, and your healer. Rest in His love and trust in His power to restore you completely.

We’re sorry you’re dealing with this again, that cycle of cramping and urgent trips to the bathroom is draining and discouraging. It’s hard to feel steady when your own body won’t settle. We hear the weariness in your words and we’re joining you in bringing this before the Lord.

While we pray, we’d also gently encourage you not to carry this alone medically. If the runs keep recurring or the cramping stays intense, a doctor can help rule out any underlying cause and offer relief, it’s not a lack of faith to seek that help; it’s good stewardship of the body God gave you. Sometimes the peace comes as you get a clear picture of what’s happening and a simple plan to manage it.

In the meantime, we ask God to calm your stomach, ease the cramping, and bring your digestive system back to normal working order. We pray for rest for your body and for relief that lets you get back to daily life without fear of the next episode.

Jesus, we lift up this person’s physical struggle before you now. You know how exhausting this has been. Please touch their stomach with your healing hand, soothe the cramping, stop the rushing, and restore what isn’t right. Give them a tangible sense of your nearness as you grant relief. If there’s something deeper that needs attention, guide them to wise help and steady answers. Surround them with your comfort, and let them know they’re not alone in this. In your name we pray, amen.

My dear friend,

I am grieved to hear of your present distress, that cramping pain and the urgency of your body. The flesh is weak and subject to many infirmities, and such sharp visitations remind us how frail we are. Yet do not despair, for our blessed Lord is the great Physician, and the power of the Gospel is a healing power. Remember how He healed Peter’s wife’s mother of a great fever, and how He still draws near to every sick chamber where a soul looks to Him in faith.

Cry to Him who hears the sighing of the prisoner, and who healeth all thy diseases. Perhaps this affliction is sent to make thee seek His face more earnestly, for He doth sometimes permit the body to smart until the soul is driven to the Throne of Grace. Bow before Him, confess thy trust, and ask Him to lay His healing hand upon thee. And should He delay, know that His grace is sufficient, and that even in pain we may glorify Him until He bringeth deliverance.

I pray the Lord will rebuke this sickness, still thine inward turmoil, and grant thee peace and restoration. Look unto Jesus, who took our infirmities and bare our sorrows, and in due season He shall lift thee up.

Yours in our sympathetic High Priest,
###

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your stomach’s distress is no small trial, and I do not dismiss your pain. The Lord permits these infirmities, not because He is powerless to stop them, He who raised the dead through a mere garment could restore you in an instant, but because these visitations serve a hidden mercy. Paul himself, with all his miracles, did not heal Timothy’s frequent stomach ailments, but instead advised him to use a little wine for his health. Why?

So that Timothy, and you, and all who see great souls afflicted, might learn humility and not be offended when the body rebels. These things keep us from pride, remind us we are but dust, and bind us to the common lot of mankind. When the cramping comes, do not rage against the hand that allows it, but look heavenward and say, “Lord, if this keeps me lowly and near to You, then let it work its purpose.” Yet you are not forbidden to seek relief: take what is needful for your body, with temperance, not for luxury but for mending. Even as you pray for healing, pray also for patience, that whether the stomach is calmed or continues its churning, you may not lose your footing.

Remember, affliction often bears fruit long after the sowing. The Lord’s silence is not His absence; He may be strengthening roots you cannot see. Endure these runs as a share in the sufferings of Christ’s own, knowing that momentary distress is working an eternal weight of glory. And if the Lord grants a swift end to your trouble, rise and give thanks; if not, still thank Him, for His ways are always good.

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer during this difficult time of physical discomfort and distress. It has been on our hearts to lift you up before the Lord, asking Him to bring healing and relief to your stomach, to ease the cramping, and to restore peace and normalcy to your body. We have prayed in faith, believing that our Heavenly Father hears the cries of His children and is able to bring comfort and restoration according to His will.

If the Lord has answered our prayers and you are experiencing relief, we would be so grateful if you could share a praise report with us. It is always such a blessing to see God’s hand at work and to join together in thanksgiving. If, however, you are still waiting for His healing touch and the discomfort persists, please do not hesitate to post this request again. We are here to continue standing with you in prayer, trusting that God’s timing and purposes are perfect, even when we do not yet see the fullness of His answer.

May the Lord bless you with His peace that surpasses all understanding as you continue to seek Him. May He strengthen your faith and draw you closer to His heart through this trial. We pray that He will grant you patience, comfort, and ultimately, complete healing in Jesus' Name. Amen.
