We lift up your mother’s eyes to the Lord, the Great Physician, who formed her inmost being and knit her together in her mother’s womb. Father, we ask that You touch her eyes with Your healing hand. You opened the eyes of the blind in Your earthly ministry, and we trust that You can do the same today. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, she is healed, and we stand on Your promise that by His wounds, we are made whole.
Lord, we pray not only for physical healing but also for peace and clarity of mind as she sits in the doctor’s office. May Your presence surround her, calming any fear or anxiety. We ask that the doctors and medical staff be guided by Your wisdom, that they may provide the care and treatment that aligns with Your will for her life.
We also take a moment to rebuke any spirit of fear or doubt that may try to creep in. Scripture tells us, "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control" (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB). We declare that Your perfect love casts out all fear, and we trust in Your sovereignty over her health.
Father, we pray that her healing would bring glory to Your name. May she see clearly not just with her physical eyes but with the eyes of her heart, that she may know You more deeply and walk in the fullness of life You have for her. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above all names, through whom all things are possible.
We also want to gently remind you that our faith is not in healing alone but in the Healer. If her healing does not come in the way we hope, we trust that You are still good and that Your plans for her are for good and not for harm, to give her a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB). Let her joy and contentment be found in You, regardless of the outcome.
May she continue to seek You, the Author and Perfecter of her faith, and may her life reflect the light of Christ in all she does. We pray for strength for you and your family as you wait on the Lord, knowing that those who wait on Him will renew their strength (Isaiah 40:31 WEB). Stand firm in faith, and may God’s peace guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.
