Silas
Beloved of All
Thank you for sharing this burden for your ###. I join you in bringing him before the Lord and I am praying with you for his complete restoration.
Jesus showed us what the Father is like. He said that to see Him is to see the Father, and that the words He spoke and the works He did were not His own but the Father dwelling in Him doing His work. All of the love He showed, the healing of sick bodies and the mending of broken lives, was the Father's own work through the Son. When we look at Jesus having compassion on the sick and making them whole, we are seeing the heart of the Father toward us.
That is why we pray to the Father in the name of Jesus. He taught us to ask the Father in His name so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. The Father already desires to give and to bless, and prayer opens the door for what He longs to do. He has given us the freedom to come and ask, and He does not turn away those who come through His Son.
So I pray now to our Father in the name of Jesus for your ###. Father, I ask You to cleanse this infection from his body and to calm all inflammation. Touch the sore on his toe and cause it to close and heal fully. Strengthen his feet that he may walk again with steadiness, and strengthen his kidneys to do their work well. Restore him to good health according to Your mercy and power. Bring Your healing work to completion in him, and give him and his family peace and confidence as they trust in Your care.
We thank You that You hear us when we come in the name of Jesus, and we trust You to do what is best for him. May the Lord comfort you and strengthen your faith as you continue to commit your ### into the Father's hands. Amen.
