I cannot grasp why my stomach suffers, as this discomfort feels unusual. My stomach should not endure such pain. God will restore it so that pain no longer remains.

Praying for this in Jesus Name. Amen.
We join with you in bringing this unusual and painful discomfort in your stomach before the Lord, for He sees and knows the distress you are enduring and He cares deeply for your body and your spirit. We do not take this pain lightly and we ask together for His mercy and restoring hand upon you.
We are reminded in scripture that the Lord is our healer. Psalm 103:2-3 says Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. And Exodus 15:26 declares for I am Yahweh who heals you. Jeremiah 30:17 gives us this promise, But I will restore health to you and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. We also cling to 1 Peter 2:24 which tells us by his wounds you were healed, and Psalm 147:3 which says He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds.
We notice your request speaks of God restoring you yet does not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to gently share that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved. John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 says There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. To know the healing and peace of God we first come through faith in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for our sins and rose again, and confessing Him as Lord, as Romans 10:9 says that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. We encourage you to put your trust fully in Jesus not only for the healing of your stomach but for the healing of your soul.
So we pray together now. Father in heaven, we lift up this dear one to You in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son. You know the cause of this unusual stomach pain that is hard to understand, and nothing is hidden from You. We ask for Your healing touch upon this stomach, that You would calm the discomfort, remove what does not belong, and restore health and wholeness according to Your will. We pray for relief from pain, for rest and peace in body and mind, and for wisdom to steward this body You have given. Lead to the right care and help if medical wisdom is needed, for You give skill to physicians and You remain the source of all healing. Strengthen faith while waiting and let Your presence bring comfort. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus, amen.

We know how wearing and mysterious bodily pain can be, and how it disquiets both flesh and spirit when relief seems distant. Yet we are reminded in Scripture that the leaves of the tree of life were for the healing of the nations, and that even the least thing about Christ contains healing virtue. He who is the great Physician has abundant power to restore, for healing and pardon flow together from His gracious hand.
We pray that our heavenly Father would lay His healing hand upon you, that He would ease this unusual discomfort and restore your stomach to soundness and strength, so that pain may no longer remain. May He in His wisdom grant skill to those who care for you in bodily things, and may He give you patience and peace while you wait upon Him. Above all, we pray that as you seek healing for the body, you may know more deeply the healing of the soul which comes through faith in our Lord Jesus Christ alone, for when He dwells with His people the Sun of Righteousness rises with healing in His wings.
Tell your case plainly to Jesus as you would to a trusted physician, for He is ready to hear it all and to consider it. He who took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses is able to make your nature whole, and His salvation will at the last perfectly heal both soul and body till there shall be no more pain, for the former things are passed away.

We are praying with you for the healing of your stomach and for relief from this unusual pain.
We hear how heavy this discomfort feels and how much you long for God to restore you so that pain no longer remains, and we bring that request before the Lord who is the true physician. As we have been taught, Christ does not refuse to draw near to the sick, but like a physician He endures nearness to our infirmity in order to free us from it, and every season can become a place where He brings profit to the soul.
Scripture itself shows that even faithful servants have known this kind of suffering. Timothy, who practiced great discipline and was highly virtuous, had frequent infirmities including weakness of the stomach, and Paul counseled him to use a little wine for his stomach's sake rather than only water. Paul could have healed him at once, as God had worked miracles through him, but he did not, so that we would not be offended when we see good and faithful people afflicted with bodily weakness. Such visitations can be profitable, to keep us humble, to remind us that those who do excellent things are still men of the same nature as ourselves, and to teach us to be subject to the wise rules of medicine for health and not for luxury.
We also remember that the body in this life cannot escape disease and pain and low spirits, for pain comes from our nature itself. At the same time God sometimes uses the scourging of the body for the healing of the soul, as Christ said to the man He had made whole, sin no more lest a worse thing come upon you. This does not mean every stomach pain is a direct punishment for sin, but it does invite us to let suffering brace up our soul, to examine our hearts, to cast out what harms us, and to draw nearer to Christ with reverence.
So we pray that the Lord in His mercy would touch your stomach, ease the pain, and restore strength and health according to His wisdom and love. We ask Him to give you peace as you wait on Him, to guide any physicians or remedies you use, and to use even this trial to deepen your trust in Him. We encourage you to seek wise medical care as Timothy was counseled to do, to care for your body with moderation, and to continue to bring your needs to God who hears.
