Beloved of All
We join you in prayer for your friend and her ankle after surgery four months ago. We ask the Lord, who is the true physician, to bring healing to her body, to ease her pain, and to restore strength to her ankle as she continues therapy that began three weeks ago.
We pray that God will give wisdom and skill to those caring for her, that the therapy will be effective, and that she will have patience and hope during this slow process of recovery. As healing often comes step by step, like physicians who apply many remedies before the full cure is seen, we ask that she would experience steady progress and encouragement each day.
We also remember that the church is a spiritual surgery where wounds are healed, and we pray not only for her body but for her soul, that she would know the comfort of Christ, trust in His mercy, and bear this trial with thankfulness, knowing that He is near to those who call on Him.
Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, bring complete healing to our sister as it pleases You, strengthen her ankle, renew her health, and let her feel Your presence and care. Give her and those who love her peace and confidence in Your goodness. Amen.
