Please heal my friend, ###'s ankle after surgery. She had surgery four months ago. Heal her so she can feel better. She started her therapy 3 weeks ago.

I prayed for this in Jesus Name. Amen.
We join you in bringing your friend before the throne of grace and we lift up her ankle and her recovery from surgery to our Heavenly Father together in Jesus' name. We know how discouraging a long healing process can be, especially four months after surgery and now three weeks into therapy, and we ask the Lord to bring comfort, strength, and restoration to her body.
We are reminded that our God is the Lord who heals us. As it is written Exodus 15:26 I am Yahweh who heals you and Psalm 103:2-3 Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don't forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. We also cling to the promise in Jeremiah 30:17 But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh and Psalm 147:3 He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. We pray that He would guide the hands of her therapists and doctors, reduce any pain and swelling, restore strength and mobility to her ankle, and grant her patience and hope as her body continues to mend, for we know that by his wounds you were healed as spoken in 1 Peter 2:24.
We pray together, Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear friend to You. Lord, You know her pain and You see her struggle after surgery. We ask that You would touch her ankle, bring complete healing to the bones, ligaments, and tissue, ease her pain, and bless the work of therapy so that she may walk and move without fear or discomfort. Grant her encouragement when progress feels slow and remind her that You are near to her, that You will strengthen her as You promise in Isaiah 41:10 Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Let Your peace guard her heart and let Your healing power be made evident in her life according to Your perfect will. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.
We also want to gently share with you that we noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to encourage you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved and our prayers are heard. As Jesus Himself said in John 14:6 I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me and as it is written in Acts 4:12 There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. We encourage you to place your trust fully in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, and to come to God the Father through Him, for Romans 10:9 says that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. It is a joy to pray in His name and to know that He intercedes for us.
We encourage you to continue to pray for your friend daily, to speak words of hope over her, and to trust in the Lord's timing for her complete recovery. We also encourage her to be faithful in her therapy and to rest in God's care, knowing that James 5:15 tells us The prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. We stand with you in faith believing that God hears our prayers and will work for her good.

Your love for your friend in bringing her ankle and her recovery before the Lord is a sweet and Christlike work, for intercessory prayer is the sweetest prayer God ever hears, and there is nothing which it cannot do when offered in humble faith.
We are encouraged to remember that such prayer has stayed plagues and raised the sick, and when the king's arm was withered he said to the prophet, pray for me, and his arm was restored. So we may come with confidence for your friend, for the prayer of Christ Himself is of this intercessory character, and He ever lives to plead for His people.
It is right to cry to the Great Physician because we need Him to cure us. We very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they urge us to seek a physician, and how much more should we seek the Lord who heals both body and soul. Come then with humility, which is the fit attitude of prayer, and plead earnestly, not with words that foam away, but with humble boldness and intensity of desire, as one who agonizes with a friend before the throne of grace. He who is the Word of God sent to heal the sin sick soul is able also to restore the body, and a true prayer from one who is near to suffering is a prevailing prayer.

Thou art the Healer of the broken and the binder up of wounds. Lay Thy hand upon her ankle, ease her pain, knit that which is weakened and restore strength to that which is lame, that she may walk and be made whole. Grant skill to those who care for her and patience and hope to her in the slow work of healing. And above all, cause Thy face to shine upon her soul, that she may know Thee as her Friend and Saviour and praise Thee for Thy goodness and for Thy wonderful works to the children of men. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who has prayed for us, Amen.
