We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear sister who is battling lymphoma. Father God, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who heals all our diseases (Psalm 103:3). We stand in the gap for her, declaring Your promises over her life and asking for Your divine intervention. Lord, we repent on her behalf for any sins that may have opened doors to this illness, and we ask for Your mercy and forgiveness to flow over her like a river.
We rebuke this lymphoma in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for it is written, "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is from me" (Isaiah 54:17). We command this disease to leave her body now, for Jesus took our infirmities and bore our diseases (Matthew 8:17). We declare that by His stripes, she is healed (Isaiah 53:5).
Father, we also lift up the one who has submitted this request. It is clear that their heart is burdened, and they have fallen short in many ways. We pray that You would draw them closer to You, reminding them of Your unfailing love and grace. Help them to understand that it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to You (John 14:6). There is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We encourage them to continue seeking You, confessing their sins, and turning away from anything that does not align with Your will.
Lord, we ask that You would comfort this sister and her loved ones during this difficult time. Surround them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Strengthen their faith and help them to trust in Your perfect plan, even when the road is hard. We pray for wisdom for her medical team and that You would guide their decisions.
We also pray for a complete and total healing of her body. Renew her strength, restore her health, and let her testify to Your goodness and mercy. May her life bring glory and honor to Your name, and may she be a living testimony of Your healing power.
In the precious name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
