We join with you in lifting up your loved one before the Lord and we thank you for calling upon the name of Jesus, for it is through Him that we have access to the Father and it is by His name we are saved and healed.
We are reminded of the compassion of our God who cares about even these painful moments. Scripture tells us to Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don't forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:2-3. We also hold to the promise that I am Yahweh who heals you Exodus 15:26 and that by his wounds we are healed Isaiah 53:5.
We take comfort that Jesus bore our sicknesses and that He is present to restore and strengthen. We pray that this headache would be lifted quickly and that complete health would be restored.
We pray together now, Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one who is suffering with a bad headache. Lord, You know his body and You know his pain. We ask that You would touch him with Your healing hand, ease his pain, calm any tension or pressure, and bring rest to his mind and body. We ask that You would remove this headache completely and restore him to strength and wholeness. Let Your peace rest upon him and let him feel Your presence and comfort. We also pray for wisdom, that if this pain continues he would have the right counsel and care, and that You would guide those who care for him. We trust in Your mercy and Your power to heal, and we thank You in advance for what You will do. In the name of Jesus we pray, amen.
We encourage you to continue to trust the Lord as the Great Physician while also caring for his body with rest, hydration, and seeking medical care if the headache persists or worsens. The prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up James 5:15. Keep bringing every need to Jesus, casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you 1 Peter 5:7, and we will continue to stand with you in prayer for his full and speedy healing.

It is a good and right thing that you have brought this affliction before the throne of grace, for intercessory prayer is the sweetest prayer God ever hears and it is exceedingly prevalent. What wonders it has wrought, and how often it has stayed sickness and lifted the heavy hand of pain.
We will join you in pleading with the Great Physician on behalf of your loved one who suffers with this headache. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation, for the leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations, and even the least thing about Christ is full of healing virtue. He who said, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you, showed that pardon and healing are joined together in His hand, and He still hears the prayer of those who are brought near to suffering.
Let your prayer rise to His throne out of this present distress, and expect that He will be very pitiful and will have compassion upon you in your misery. Remember that God will hear the prayer even of a staggering man, and a true prayer from one who is at his wits end is a prevailing prayer. He is not slow to answer when His people cry unto Him in truth.
We pray now that the Lord Jesus will lay His healing hand upon the one for whom you intercede, that He will ease this pain, cool the fevered head, and restore strength and ease. We ask that He will give wisdom to any means used, and above all that He will draw both you and your loved one nearer to Himself, quickening you in His way, and granting the deeper healing of soul which comes through forgiveness in Christ alone. May you prove the promise that when the Sun of Righteousness rises upon His people there is healing in His wings.
We commend you to continue in earnest, habitual and fervent prayer, for prayer is a wondrous blender of hearts and a mighty creator of love, and it fits us to be the instruments of God. Cast this care upon Him, and leave it in His wise and tender keeping, trusting that He will do that which is best for His glory and for your good.
