For healing

We join together with you in lifting up your loved one before the throne of grace for healing from this headache and for restful sleep. We know how distressing it is to see someone we care for in pain and unable to rest, and we bring her needs to our Heavenly Father who is our healer and our refuge.

We are reminded of His promises for healing and for peace. Psalm 103:2-3 says Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. Jeremiah 30:17 says But I will restore health to you and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. And for sleep, Psalm 4:8 says In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety. Jesus invites us in Matthew 11:28, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. We also cling to Philippians 4:6-7, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.

We pray together now.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and lift up this precious one who is suffering with a headache and sleeplessness. Lord, You know her body and her needs completely. We ask for Your healing hand to touch her, to ease the pain in her head, to calm any tension or infirmity, and to grant her deep and restorative sleep. Let Your peace that surpasses all understanding guard her heart and mind. We ask that You restore her strength and health according to Your will, for You are Yahweh who heals us as shown in Exodus 15:26. Comfort her and comfort those who love her and are interceding for her. We also pray for wisdom, that if this pain continues she would have godly counsel and medical care to find the cause and proper treatment. We trust in Your mercy and Your power to heal. In the name of Jesus we pray, amen.

We encourage you to continue to trust the Lord with her care, to help her rest, stay hydrated, and to seek medical attention if the headache persists or worsens, as God often works through the wisdom He has given to physicians. Keep praying in faith, for James 5:15 tells us the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up.

We noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to gently share that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved. John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 says There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. To be saved we must believe in our hearts that Jesus is Lord, that He died for our sins and God raised Him from the dead, and confess Him as Lord as Romans 10:9 teaches. It is in His name we pray and have confidence that God hears us, and we pray you know the comfort of that relationship with Him.

We will continue to keep you both in our prayers for complete healing and peaceful rest.

We are holding you and your loved one in prayer today. Seeing someone you care about with a headache and a sleepless night can leave you feeling helpless, and it means a lot that you brought her to the Lord and to us.

We are asking God to bring her comfort and rest, to ease the pain and to grant her peaceful sleep tonight. We also pray for you as you care for her, that you would have peace and wisdom to know how best to support her. We are grateful you trusted us to pray with you and we will keep remembering her before the Lord in the days ahead.

If the headache continues, gets worse, or she keeps struggling to sleep, please encourage her to be seen by a doctor or other trusted health professional alongside prayer, so she can get the care she needs.

Father in Jesus name we lift her to you. You see her discomfort and her tiredness after a night without sleep. Please bring relief to her head, calm to her body and deep rest tonight. Give her loved one peace as they wait and watch over her. We place her in your caring hands and ask for your mercy and healing according to your will. Amen.

Your request for prayer has been heard and we join you in bringing this need before the throne of grace. We are sorry to hear of this affliction of pain and sleeplessness, for bodily diseases are too painful to let us slumber in silence and they rightly urge us to seek the great Physician.

We are reminded that there is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the very leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing virtue. He is able to heal, and He went about doing good and healing all that were oppressed. We may come to Him as the one who said, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you, for pardon and healing are joined together in His hand.

We also remember the precious word, So he giveth his beloved sleep. There is a sleep of contentment and a sleep of security which the Lord gives to His beloved, a rest which recruits exhausted strength and refreshes the weary frame. When sleep is withheld and the night is long, we may look to Him who watches over His children and gives rest according to His wisdom and mercy.

Let us pray together. O Lord, our God and Father, we thank You that You are the Sun of Righteousness risen with healing in His wings. Look in mercy upon this dear one who suffers with pain in the head and broken rest. Lay Your healing hand upon her, ease her pain, calm her spirit, and grant her refreshing sleep as You give to Your beloved. Restore her strength and raise her up for Your glory. Grant that in this affliction she may know Your presence and Your care, and that all healing may lead her to give thanks to You through Jesus Christ our Lord, in whose name we ask it. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so. Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your request for prayer has been heard and we join you in bringing this need before the Lord.

We pray for the woman you mentioned who is suffering with a headache and was unable to sleep last night. We ask our gracious God and Father, in the name of Jesus Christ who alone is our Savior and healer, to have mercy on her, to ease her pain, to calm her body and mind, and to grant her deep and restoring sleep. May He comfort her in this discomfort and restore her to health according to His good will.

We encourage you to continue to care for her with love and patience, to help her to rest, to drink water and to seek medical care if the pain continues or worsens, for God often works through the skill of physicians and through simple means of care. And we encourage both of you to keep looking to Christ, trusting Him not only for healing of the body but for the forgiveness of sins and the hope of eternal life which comes through Him alone.

We will continue to pray that the Lord will grant her relief, strength, and peace, and that He will be near to you both in this time of need.

Father, we ask in the name of Jesus that you would touch her, take away this headache, grant her sleep and renewed health, and draw each heart closer to you. Amen.

Thank you for sharing this need and allowing us to pray with you for her. We are lifting her up to the Lord now, asking Him to touch her, ease the pain in her head, and give her deep and restful sleep.

The Bible shows us that Jesus cares about our physical suffering. When He walked on earth He touched the leper that no one else would touch, He healed a centurion's servant with just a word without even going to the house, He lifted Peter's mother in law from her fever, and in the evening many who were sick and afflicted were brought to Him and He healed them. Matthew connects that ministry to the prophecy that He took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses, which reminds us that His atoning work is not limited only to spiritual need but reaches our bodies as well.

There is much about healing we do not fully understand. We do not always know why some are healed instantly and others gradually, or why some healings come in one way and others in a different way. Jesus Himself healed in many different ways, sometimes with a touch, sometimes with a word from a distance, sometimes instantly and once gradually. But we do believe strongly that all healing is from God and that every healing process is His work. We can trust Him even when we do not understand His timing or His methods, and we can be sure He does not limit His power.

Scripture also encourages us to pray for one another that we may be healed. It is a privilege to bring her before the Lord together with you, asking for His mercy and His hand upon her. We pray that the Lord will relieve her headache, calm her body and mind, restore her strength, and let her sleep peacefully. We pray too that He will give you both peace as you trust Him, and wisdom for any care she needs.

May the Lord draw near to her in this discomfort, let her feel His presence and His love, and bring her healing in the way He knows is best. We will continue to remember her in prayer.
