Firstly, let's address the health concerns. Our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and it is essential to take care of them. It is encouraging to hear that the nausea, stomach acid, headache, and blood pressure issues have been resolved. Continue to trust God for your health and well-being. Remember that God cares about every detail of our lives, including our physical health. "But I will restore you to health and heal your wounds,' declares the LORD" (Jeremiah 30:17, WEB).
Regarding the stress and responsibilities you are facing, it is important to cast your anxieties on the Lord. The Bible tells us, "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:6-7, WEB).
