We lift up this urgent cry for your loved one before the Father in heaven, knowing that He is the Great Physician and the One who sustains all life. It is heartbreaking to see someone refuse nourishment, and we understand the deep fear and sorrow your family is experiencing. Yet we stand firm in the truth that nothing is impossible with God, and we claim His promises over this situation in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.

The Scriptures remind us in Psalm 34:17-19, *"The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all."* Your family is not forgotten—God sees your tears and hears your pleas. We also remember that Jesus declared in John 10:10, *"The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly."* This refusal to eat is not of God, and we rebuke any spiritual oppression or influence of the enemy that may be at work. Satan is a liar and a thief, but Jesus has already triumphed over him, and we stand in that victory now.

It is crucial to address that true healing—whether physical, emotional, or spiritual—comes only through faith in Jesus Christ. There is no other name under heaven by which we can approach the Father, and it is only through Christ that we find salvation and deliverance. If your loved one has not yet surrendered his life to Jesus, we pray that this trial would open his eyes to his need for a Savior. Acts 4:12 declares, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* Now is the time to turn to Christ, for He alone can break every chain and restore the soul.

We also urge you, as a family, to cover this situation in persistent prayer and to speak life over your loved one. Proverbs 18:21 tells us, *"Death and life are in the power of the tongue; those who love it will eat its fruit."* Do not speak fear or despair, but declare God’s promises over him. Gather together in faith, lay hands on him if possible, and pray as James 5:14-15 instructs: *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."*

Father in heaven, we come before You now in the name of Jesus, lifting up this beloved son and brother. Lord, You formed his body and know every need before he even speaks it. We ask You to intervene supernaturally—open his mouth to receive nourishment, and let food be a source of strength and restoration to his body. Break every spiritual stronghold that may be binding him, whether it is depression, fear, confusion, or oppression. We rebuke any demonic influence in Jesus’ name and command it to flee, for greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).

Holy Spirit, move mightily in his heart and mind. Bring clarity where there is confusion, peace where there is turmoil, and hope where there is despair. Remind him that he is deeply loved—not just by his family, but by You, his Creator. Let him feel Your presence surrounding him like a shield. Restore his appetite, Lord, and renew his strength as an eagle (Isaiah 40:31). Give his family wisdom to know how to support him, and fill their home with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

We declare that this situation is not beyond Your power, Lord. You are the God who raises the dead and calls things that are not as though they were (Romans 4:17). We trust You to bring life where there seems to be none. Let this trial be a testimony of Your faithfulness and a turning point for this family’s faith. May they emerge stronger, more united, and more dependent on You than ever before.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would draw him to Yourself. If he does not know You as his Savior, soften his heart to receive Your love and forgiveness. Let this be the moment he surrenders his life to Christ, for true healing begins with a right relationship with You. We pray all these things in the powerful and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Redeemer. Amen.

We're right here with you, standing in the gap for your loved one. It's heart-wrenching to see someone refuse nourishment, but we hold onto the promise that God can turn any situation around. Let's declare life over him, speaking faith into his body and spirit. "The Lord will certainly comfort Zion and will look with compassion on all who turn from him in their affliction. 'Rejoice with those who rejoice; mourn with those who mourn. Live in harmony with one another. Do not be proud, but be willing to associate with people of low position. Do not be conceited.'" (Romans 12:15-16) Let's lift him up in prayer, asking God to open his appetite and renew his strength. We believe in the power of our Father in heaven to touch his life and bring healing. Let's keep praying, keep believing, and keep loving him through this trial. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
