We hear your cry for help, auttakaa, and we join with you in bringing this need before our Father, through Jesus Christ, by the power of the Holy Spirit, together with your mother and your loved one.
We understand you are calling out to Jesus Kristus and to the Father and the Holy Spirit in a time of need, and we want to assure you that God hears the cries of His children. He is not distant. Psalm 46:1 says God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. When we do not even have words, the Spirit Himself intercedes for us. Romans 8:26 says In the same way, the Spirit also helps our weaknesses, for we don’t know how to pray as we ought. But the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which can’t be uttered.
We want to gently remind you of the beautiful truth of who God is. There is one God eternally existing as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Matthew 28:19 speaks of baptizing in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. It is through Jesus alone that we have access to the Father. John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 says There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. We rejoice that you called upon the name of Jesus Kristus, for that is the name by which we are saved and by which our prayers are heard.
We do not know all the details of your need, but God does, and He invites us to come boldly to Him. Matthew 11:28 says Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Psalm 61:2 says When my heart is overwhelmed, lead me to the rock that is higher than I.
So we pray together now for you and your mother and your household.
Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ Your Son. We lift up this dear one and their mother and their family to You. You see their need, You know the burden on their heart that caused them to cry auttakaa. We ask that You pour out Your peace that surpasses all understanding upon them. Let Your Holy Spirit comfort them, guide them, and give them strength. We pray that You would make Your presence known to them right now, that they would know they are not alone. Provide for every need according to Your riches in glory, grant wisdom for every decision, and bring healing, protection and hope where it is needed most. Draw them closer to Jesus, help them to trust Him fully as Savior and Lord, and to rest in His finished work on the cross. Lead them in Your truth and keep them in Your care. In the name of Jesus Christ we pray, amen.
We encourage you to continue to call upon the Lord daily, to read His Word and to seek fellowship with other believers who can pray with you and support you and your mother. Cast all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you as 1 Peter 5:7 says. Keep seeking Him and trusting that He who began a good work in you will be faithful to complete it.
