have not slept well feeling very stressed about the union grievance process have a big meeting next week which the union said is my one shot at winning the grievance however if I can't access the evidence I don't know what to do as then it won't be a fair trial...there is an email which shows slander but the coworker has to be willing to give it...the other 2 interviewers have their testimony but no one is allowed to interview them and am completely baffled as to the process and no one is giving me guidance Lord I feel alone in this process and no one is helping me the union is supposed to but seems very weak and disinterested I just wanted a fair fight I am tired of pushing everyone to give me a fair trial Lord I don't know what to do if the true evidence and information does not come out I will lose the grievance and truth will not prevail..this manager would have been allowed to unfairly rig the process the union is saying to submit the slanderous email this person wrote about me as evidence but I first wanted to rely on the testimony of the other 2 interviewers but no one is speaking to them and I don't think I am allowed to say what I know from them as I'm not sure if this will get them into trouble Lord I'm so stressed even though I don't deserve it please help me in Jesus Name amen
