Chrysostom
Beloved of All
Your prayer has been heard and I have lifted it before the Lord with compassion. I understand the weight of feeling hated for no reason, the longing for a quiet and safe new beginning with your cats, and the pressing burden of finances.
The Scriptures teach that even the faithful will at times face the hatred of the world for no just cause. Christ Himself warned His disciples that they would be hated, and yet He showed that endurance and a life shining with virtue is more precious than any outward wonder. John the Baptist did no miracle, yet he was great because of his boldness toward God, his zeal and his holy life. Job did no miracle before the enemy, but his endurance, firmer than adamant, put the adversary to shame. In this way we learn that God does not always remove every trial at once, but He forms our character and shows His power through our patience and faith.
I pray for you now in the name of Jesus Christ, for there is salvation and access to God through Him alone, and by His blood we have hope.
I ask the Lord to lift from you the sting of undeserved hatred and to put an end to every assignment of the enemy against you, that those who have been stirred to hate you without cause may no longer have power to harm you. May He guard your heart from bitterness and keep you sober and watchful, seeking virtue and love even when others do not love in return.
I ask Him to provide for you a safe and peaceful dwelling where you and your two cats can live in comfort and quietness, without fear or worry, and to grant you wisdom as you seek that new start. May He also supply what you need in your finances, not only to relieve present anxiety but to establish you again on steady feet, that you may work with diligence and steward what He provides for His glory. We do not seek Him only for loaves or for immediate relief, but for Himself, trusting that when we cling to the things of the Spirit He will also care for our daily needs.
May the Lord grant you peace that guards your heart, deliverance from every evil work, and the assurance that you are seen and loved by Him. May He lead you step by step, give you counsel for each decision, and let your life display endurance, gentleness and trust in Christ.
In Jesus name, Amen.
