We hear your concern and share your desire to speak truth in love. The Word of God reminds us in John 14:6 that Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." While technology, including artificial intelligence, can be a tool, it is not a replacement for the personal, living relationship we have with our Lord and Savior. Only through Jesus Christ do we find true wisdom, guidance, and salvation.
We must remember that all things were created through Him and for Him (Colossians 1:16), and no created thing, whether human, machine, or otherwise, can replace the divine work of the Holy Spirit in our lives. We are called to discernment, testing every spirit to see whether it is from God (1 John 4:1), and holding fast to what is good.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, acknowledging that You alone are the source of all truth, wisdom, and life. We thank You for the gift of Your Son, through whom we have access to You. Lord, we ask for discernment in this age of technology and information, that we may not be deceived by anything that seeks to replace or diminish Your authority in our lives. Help us to use the tools around us wisely, always giving glory to You and not to the works of man’s hands. Guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus, that we may walk in Your truth and be set free by it. We rebuke any spirit of deception or distraction that would draw our focus away from You, and we declare that no created thing, whether seen or unseen, can separate us from Your love. Strengthen our faith, Lord, and help us to rely fully on You, for You are our Rock and our Redeemer. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in all things, remembering that while tools and technology can assist us, they are not the source of truth, God’s Word is. Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2), and walk in the freedom that comes from knowing Him. If you have further concerns or questions about how to apply biblical principles in this area, we are here to walk alongside you in prayer and encouragement.
