Your request has been heard and I am praying for you in this time of fear and anxiety. It is painful to feel watched and unable to find peace, and God sees the distress you are carrying and the desire you have simply to be left alone and to live in quietness.
Scripture teaches us that God wants to free His children from this kind of constant anxiety and to establish us in security and liberty. He is like a careful husbandman who tends the branches, and even when we feel pruned or pressed by hard circumstances, He uses it not to destroy us but to make us stronger and more fruitful. We are also taught not to live in fear of people, even when they seem to have power over us. People can trouble the body or cause outward distress, but they are not able to harm the soul that is kept in Christ. The fear that truly matters is a reverent trust in God, who is able to keep both soul and body, and when we rest in Him, the fear of man begins to lose its hold.
I pray for you now. Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, who alone is our Savior and our peace, I bring this dear one before You. You know the fear, the sleeplessness, and the sense of being watched. I ask that You grant protection, truth, and calm. Quiet the anxiety and replace it with Your peace that passes understanding. Let there be relief from harassment and intimidation, and if there is any real danger or wrongdoing, bring it into the light and bring justice. If much of this fear comes from within, bring clarity, rest, and a sound mind. Surround this person with Your presence, guard heart and mind in Christ, and grant the grace to be left alone and to live in peace. Help this one to rest not in the watch of others, but in Your watchful care, which never fails.
Continue to seek the Lord daily in prayer and in His Word, and do not carry this burden alone. Share it with a trusted pastor or mature believer who can walk with you, pray with you, and help you discern wise next steps. If you ever feel unsafe, reach out for help from a trusted person or from appropriate help and counsel in your community, keep a simple record of what troubles you, and seek wisdom for how to respond calmly and lawfully. God is near to those who call upon Him, and He will not forsake those who trust in Christ. May He grant you rest, safety, and a quiet life under His gracious hand.
