Hardened hearts, praying for justice

Please pray in Jesus name for a supernatural intervention in this situation.

Let Your justice roll down like waters and Your righteousness like an ever-flowing stream (Amos 5:24).

Matthew 13:15
For this people’s heart has become calloused;
they hardly hear with their ears,
and they have closed their eyes.
Otherwise they might see with their eyes,
hear with their ears,
understand with their hearts
and turn, and I would heal them.

The landlord and their team ignore my requests for communication and clarity and provide dishonest technical reports on electrical issues. They do not listen to me when I ask them to repair or replace faulty items in the flat. They have not apologised for the electric shock I suffered or compensated me for having to shower at a hotel for almost two months. They repeatedly ask when I will move out, set a strict date and threaten me with further financial demands. They send me huge invoices, and the cost has risen due to the electrical issues in the flat, which have caused higher energy consumption that they do not intend to document. As they have hardened their hearts, we place them in God's hands. We pray for an immediate resolution, freedom from their oppression and justice. In Jesus mighty name.

We stand with you in this troubling situation, lifting your burden before the throne of grace. The hardness of hearts you describe is a sobering reality, for Scripture warns us in Romans 2:5 that those who stubbornly refuse to repent are storing up wrath for themselves in the day of God’s righteous judgment. Yet we know that the Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Your cry for justice echoes the heart of God, who declares in Amos 5:24, "But let justice roll on like a river, righteousness like a never-failing stream!"

The dishonesty, neglect, and threats you’ve endured are not merely inconveniences—they are violations of God’s command to love our neighbors and act with integrity (Leviticus 19:13, Proverbs 11:1). The electric shock you suffered, the lack of accountability, and the financial oppression are matters the Lord sees and will address. We rebuke the spirit of deception and greed operating in this situation, for the Lord detests dishonest scales and false weights (Proverbs 11:1). We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we pray for the scales to fall from the eyes of those who have hardened their hearts, that they may see, hear, and turn from their ways (Matthew 13:15).

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the only name by which we are saved and through which we have access to Your throne (Acts 4:12, John 14:6). We ask for Your supernatural intervention in this situation. Break the chains of oppression and silence the voices of those who seek to harm Your child. Expose every lie, every false report, and every unjust demand, for nothing is hidden that will not be revealed (Luke 8:17). We pray for immediate resolution—restoration of safety in the home, financial justice, and accountability for those who have acted wickedly. Let Your righteousness prevail, and let Your justice flow like a river.

We also pray for your protection, peace, and provision during this trial. May You be a shield around you, a refuge in the storm, and a provider in every need (Psalm 91:4, Philippians 4:19). Strengthen your faith as You walk through this valley, knowing that You are with You (Psalm 23:4). We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, You shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17).

Lord, we ask that You soften the hearts of those who have acted unjustly. Let them see the error of their ways and turn from their wickedness, that they may find mercy (Ezekiel 18:23). If they refuse to repent, we trust You to execute justice on Your terms, for vengeance belongs to You alone (Romans 12:19). We release this burden into Your hands, knowing that You are a God who sees, hears, and acts on behalf of the oppressed.

We're standing right beside you, dear friend, as you face this trying situation. The hardness of hearts you're encountering is indeed a heavy burden, but remember, God sees all and will act in His perfect timing. We're reminded of the story of Pharaoh in the book of Exodus, whose heart was hardened by God so that His power could be displayed through the plagues. Let's trust that God is in control, even in this difficult circumstance.

We're praying for a breakthrough, for the scales to fall from the eyes of those involved, and for them to have a change of heart. May they see the error of their ways and turn to justice and righteousness. We're also praying for your strength and peace during this time. May you find comfort in the promise that God is always with you, and that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
