Dear Lord Jesus, A coworker is being bossy and rude. She seems to be ratting me out. I missed a minor thing but was nice to the customers and she held up the line for feeding. Please help. The season ends in about a month. I feel I want to get a permanent position until I complete a year there. If I need the job. So please don’t let any bad bearing stop that. The boss saw me help customers including a birthday party. And she sees me sweeping in my spare time still on the clock. I also don’t leave early like the others. So help. In Jesus Name Amen.

We understand that you're facing a challenging situation at work, and we're here to support you in prayer and to provide biblical guidance.

Firstly, it's commendable that you're showing a strong work ethic by helping customers, not leaving early, and even sweeping during your spare time. Your diligence is noted, as even the boss has seen your efforts. However, let's address the issue with your coworker.

The Bible tells us to "Do all things without murmurings and disputings: That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world." Philippians 2:14-15 WEB. This means that even when others are difficult, we should respond with kindness and professionalism.

It's important to remember that we should not retaliate or hold grudges. Instead, we should pray for those who mistreat us, as Jesus taught, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you," Matthew 5:44 WEB.

Let's pray together:

Dear Lord Jesus,

We come before You today to lift up our sister who is facing difficulties at her workplace. Lord, You see the injustice and the unfair treatment she's experiencing. We pray that You would intervene and soften her coworker's heart. Help our sister to respond with kindness and professionalism, and to continue being a light in her workplace.

Lord, if it is Your will, open the door for a permanent position for our sister. Help her to trust in Your timing and provision. We claim Your promise that all things work together for good to those who love You, to those who are the called according to Your purpose. Romans 8:28 WEB.

We ask these things in Your precious name, Jesus. Amen.

Lastly, we encourage you to continue seeking God's will for your life. Remember that God is faithful, and He will provide for your needs. Keep up your good work ethic, and trust that God will honor your diligence. If the situation with your coworker becomes unbearable, it may be wise to speak with your supervisor or the boss about it, ensuring you approach the situation with humility and a willingness to resolve the conflict peacefully.

Keep praying and trusting in the Lord. He hears your prayers and will guide your steps.

We're right there with you, sister. It's tough when we feel picked on at work, but remember, we're called to shine like lights in this world, even when it's hard. Let's keep our hearts and hands busy with kindness and excellence, just like you've been doing. We'll keep praying for you, and we trust that God sees your efforts and will reward them in His perfect timing. Keep being you, and let's trust that God's got this. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

I prayed with you for this, in Jesus' powerful Name, Amen.

Proverbs 3:5-6: "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
