Beloved of All
Hello. The residual effects of over 40 years of dealing with abusive people have taken a toll. I’ve cut off contact with every single person who has caused grief such as family, friends, bosses, coworkers, acquaintances, employers. All of this has caused a great financial strain and I’m facing a heavy financial strain which is a consequence of choosing the Lord first and then myself for healing. Father, the pain is so deep right now I feel like I’ve hit rock bottom. I do not trust anyone with my story as they all have turned into blatant abusers. Mother and father deceased, no siblings, no spouse. I only encounter people who have no good intentions. Just walking down the street I can sense when people have evil intentions. This is not judgment but discernment. I feel so bad that I don’t feel protected. This spiritual battle has taken a turn for the worse and I feel like the evil doers have won. They get to keep doing evil without consequences. I went to a couple of churches and the pastors were wolves in sheep’s clothing. I haven’t developed trusted relationships and don’t know how to do it. So many people feel the way I do. I may become homeless and have no where to go. Homeless shelters are full of evil people too. Some days I just don’t have the motivation or strength to carry on. I’ve asked the Lord in Jesus’ name to help me through but I don’t feel any momentum.

We hear your cry, dear brother or sister in Christ, and we stand with you in this deep valley of pain, isolation, and spiritual warfare. Your suffering is not unseen, and your struggle is not in vain. The Lord has not abandoned you, even when it feels like the darkness is pressing in from every side. We lift you up before the throne of grace, where Jesus Himself intercedes for you (Hebrews 7:25), and we declare that the battle is not yours alone—it is the Lord’s (2 Chronicles 20:15).

Your decision to cut off toxic relationships and prioritize your healing and obedience to God is commendable. Scripture warns us, *"Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. For what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?"* (2 Corinthians 6:14). You have done what many fail to do: you have chosen righteousness over comfort, even at great personal cost. But we must also acknowledge that this path has left you vulnerable, and the enemy has sought to exploit that vulnerability. The financial strain, the lack of safe shelter, and the overwhelming sense of isolation are not just physical burdens—they are spiritual attacks meant to break your faith. Yet we declare that God is your Provider (Philippians 4:19), your Refuge (Psalm 46:1), and your Defender (Psalm 35:1).

You are not wrong to discern evil intentions in others. The Bible tells us, *"The heart is deceitful above all things, and it is exceedingly corrupt: who can know it?"* (Jeremiah 17:9). But we must also guard against bitterness taking root in our hearts, for *"See to it that no one falls short of the grace of God and that no bitter root grows up to cause trouble and defile many"* (Hebrews 12:15). Even in your pain, we encourage you to ask the Lord to soften your heart toward those who *could* be trustworthy, so that you do not close yourself off from the community He may still have for you.

The wolves in sheep’s clothing you encountered in the church are a grievous betrayal, but they do not represent the true Body of Christ. Jesus warned us, *"Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly are ravening wolves"* (Matthew 7:15). Yet He also promised, *"I will build my assembly, and the gates of Hades will not prevail against it"* (Matthew 16:18). Do not let the failures of men turn you away from the Bride of Christ entirely. There are still faithful shepherds and believers who walk in integrity—ask the Lord to lead you to them.

Your fear of homelessness and the evil you perceive in shelters is valid, but we must also remind you that God has promised to be a *"father to the fatherless"* (Psalm 68:5) and a *"shelter for the oppressed"* (Psalm 9:9). He sees your needs, and He is able to make a way where there seems to be no way. We encourage you to seek out ministries or believers who can help you navigate this season with wisdom and safety. If you have not already, consider reaching out to smaller, biblically sound churches or Christian organizations that assist those in crisis. The Lord often provides through His people, and you may find that there are still those who will walk with you in love.

Your exhaustion and lack of motivation are understandable, but we urge you not to give up. The enemy wants you to believe that your suffering is meaningless, but God uses even the darkest valleys for His glory and your refining. *"For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which will be revealed toward us"* (Romans 8:18). Even when you do not *feel* momentum, keep seeking the Lord in prayer, in His Word, and in small acts of obedience. *"Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don’t give up"* (Galatians 6:9).

We rebuke the spirit of despair that has whispered lies to you—that evil goes unpunished, that you are alone, that God has forgotten you. The Word declares, *"The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit"* (Psalm 34:18). The same God who parted the Red Sea, who raised Jesus from the dead, and who numbers the hairs on your head is fighting for you. The consequences for those who have harmed you will come, either in this life or the next, for *"vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord"* (Romans 12:19). But your focus must remain on running *to* Him, not *from* the pain.

We pray for you now, lifting your name before the Father in the mighty name of Jesus:

*"Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, interceding for our brother/sister who is walking through the fire of betrayal, isolation, and spiritual warfare. Lord, You see every tear, every sleepless night, every moment of despair. You know the depth of their pain, and You have not left them to face it alone. We ask that You would reveal Yourself to them in tangible ways—through Your Word, through the kindness of strangers, through moments of unexpected provision. Break the chains of fear and mistrust, Lord, and replace them with Your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

Father, we ask for practical provision in this season. Open doors for safe shelter, for financial breakthrough, for godly community. Lead them to believers who will walk with them in truth and love, who will not exploit or abandon them. Heal the wounds of betrayal, Lord, and restore their ability to trust where trust is warranted. Protect them from those with evil intentions, and give them discernment to recognize true sheep from wolves.

We rebuke the spirit of despair and declare that hope *will* rise in their heart. Remind them that their suffering is not in vain, that You are using every trial to shape them into the image of Christ. Strengthen their weary hands and feeble knees (Hebrews 12:12), and fill them with Your Holy Spirit afresh. When they cannot pray, let the Spirit intercede for them with groanings too deep for words (Romans 8:26).

Lord, we ask that You would surround them with Your angels, that You would be their shield and their fortress. Let them know, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that You are with them, that You are for them, and that no weapon formed against them will prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Renew their strength like the eagle’s (Isaiah 40:31), and let them rise above this storm.

We pray all of this in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus Christ, the One who has overcome the world (John 16:33), the One who binds up the brokenhearted and sets the captives free (Isaiah 61:1). May Your kingdom come, Your will be done, in their life as it is in heaven. Amen."*

Do not lose heart, dear one. The night is darkest just before the dawn, and the God who called you is faithful. Keep crying out to Him, even when it feels like your prayers are hitting the ceiling. He *is* moving, even when you cannot see it. And remember: you are not alone. There are believers all over the world who are praying for you, even now, and who stand with you in this battle. The Lord will not forsake you. *"The Lord your God is with you, the Mighty Warrior who saves. He will take great delight in you; in his love he will no longer rebuke you, but will rejoice over you with singing"* (Zephaniah 3:17). Hold on to that promise. Better days *are* coming.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

Dear friend, we're here with you, feeling the weight of your burden. It's like you're carrying a heavy backpack, and it's getting harder to take another step. We want you to know that you're not alone in this journey. We're walking beside you, carrying some of that weight with you.

We hear your cry for help, your feeling of being overwhelmed, and your struggle to find hope. We understand that the pain you're experiencing is deep, and it's affecting every aspect of your life. It's like you're in a dark forest, and you can't see the way out. But remember, even in the darkest night, there's always a dawn coming.

We want to encourage you to keep trusting in the Lord. He sees you, He knows your pain, and He's working things out for your good. It might not feel like it right now, but God is faithful. He's the same God who parted the Red Sea, who raised Jesus from the dead, and who numbers the hairs on your head. He's fighting for you, even when you can't see it.

We also want to remind you that it's okay to ask for help. You don't have to carry this burden alone. There are people who care about you, who want to support you, and who can help you navigate this difficult path. Don't be afraid to reach out to them.

And remember, even when you feel like you've hit rock bottom, there's always a way up. The Lord is your refuge and strength, a very present help in times of trouble. Trust in Him, and He will lift you up and set your feet on solid ground again.

We're praying for you, dear friend. We're asking the Lord to comfort you, to give you strength, and to guide you through this valley. We're believing with you for a breakthrough, for provision, for healing, and for hope. Keep holding on, because better days are coming.

"Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken." - Psalm 55:22

Keep trusting, keep hoping, and keep walking. You're not alone. We're in this together.

Heavenly Father,
You see this soul who is weary beyond words.
You see the years of pain, the isolation, the fear, and the crushing weight of survival.

Lord, draw near right now to the brokenhearted.
Provide protection, provision, and a safe path forward—one step at a time.
Where hope feels gone, breathe even the smallest spark of strength.
Send the right help, the right people, and the right doors at the right time.
Hold them when they cannot hold themselves.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Lord Jesus please richly bless, protect and guide them. Please help them in accordance with your perfect will Father. Thank you and praise you. In your holy name I pray. Amen.

Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
