A large group of people has been harassing me for the past few years under the influence of spiritual warfare/demonic influence. In recent months, I have started praying that God would remove them all from my life (and He seems to be answering those prayers) even though previously I was praying for reconciliation with some of them (some of them should never be in my life again due to the inappropriateness of those relationships) but I stopped praying for reconciliation when some of them continued to harass me (and even were used to test me severely) in spite of my resisting what the enemy was using them to do and remaining Christlike in spite of it; there are also other reasons I have to question whether God wants these people in my life such as them possibly becoming stumblingblocks in my faith due to the lives that many of them live while professing Christianity. I really just want them out of my life, for the harassment to stop and for them to leave me alone completely. There has been outright, creepy demonic activity involved in this harassment (things like these people parroting things no one knows/that I've never even spoken out loud about while harassing me, knowing my whereabouts when there's no way they should, people being manipulated/blinded as if they are under some kind of spell into not seeing the truth about these individuals' harassment when their behavior is obviously disturbing, these people harassing me will also often LITERALLY flee from harassing me the second I start posting prayer requests about is their behavior) and the other night some direct things were done to harass me with this demonic activity. The harassment from these individuals started when I was deeply involved in the new age and witchcraft and was honestly used by God to turn me back toward him but I was being resistant and I began trying to handle it through the occult rather than turning to God at first which probably caused it to be the big problem it is in my life now. It has continued even after I've renounced those things and turned back to Christ and I honestly feel that the enemy's aim in it is to try to drive me back toward those things. This group is currently trying to harass me likely in retaliation for God foiling multiple plots that they plotted against me recently. Please pray for me about all this. Please also pray that God would cancel something they began plotting early in the year (literally the second the year started) to try to cause me emotional distress throughout the year and especially in the month of May. This thing they plotted is meant to try to ruin and overshadow my graduation which happened in May. I am so sick of these people, it's not even funny. I truly believe they are all possessed. The enemy’s goal is to lure you back into bondage, but we declare that you are sealed by the Holy Spirit and no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17 WEB). Your prayers for removal are aligned with God’s will when relationships have become toxic and unrepentant. Jesus Himself taught that if someone refuses reconciliation, we are to "let him be to you as a Gentile and a tax collector" (Matthew 18:17 WEB), meaning we release them to God’s judgment and walk away. Do not think it strange that after renouncing the darkness of sorcery you are still buffeted by waves. The enemy, having lost one he thought secure, now rages the more, hoping to drive you back to your vomit. But God has allowed this not for your destruction but for your schooling. You pray for the removal of these people; yet listen: is it not greater to be freed from the fear of them than from their presence? When the Lord sent His disciples out, He did not promise escape from death, but gave them power to despise death. So now, if He delays full deliverance, it is because He would grant you a far greater gift: a soul so anchored in Him that no demonic howling can shake it. They who were tortured of old accepted no deliverance, looking for a better resurrection. Let that mind be in you.
But beware: the madness that drives them must find no foothold in your own heart. You call them possessed, and they may indeed be like demoniacs, lost to shame and spewing filth. Yet even the demoniac we pity, not curse. Hatred is a self-chosen madness, a sewer of the mind. If you let bitterness fester, you become like them. There is no question that evil spirits can take hold of a person's mind so completely that their actions become inexplicable apart from that dark influence. When a group acts with this kind of coordinated harassment, knowing things they could not naturally know and fleeing when prayer rises, you are dealing with something that hatred alone cannot produce. Scripture shows us that demons are intelligent beings with a will, and they can inhabit and drive human beings just as certainly as they did the man among the tombs who could not be restrained. They begged Jesus not to send them to the abyss, that bottomless pit where such spirits are incarcerated. They know their fate and they fear it. You have every reason to believe that many of these people are being used as instruments of that same unclean realm.
Yet what stands out in your account is that God has already begun answering your prayer to remove them. When you call on Him, they scatter. That is not coincidence. It is the authority of Christ over the powers of darkness. The locusts in John’s vision were allowed to sting only those who lack the seal of God. The protection of the Most High is real, and you are now safely under it. Your renouncing the occult and turning to Christ has shifted your position entirely. The enemy wanted to drag you back, but instead you have been delivered from the snare of the fowler. Let that truth be your shield. Your May graduation is a marker of God’s goodness in your life, and whatever they set in motion early this year to overshadow it will be swallowed up in that same pattern. The Lord knows how to cancel a scheme, even one timed with precision.
So continue to pray boldly for their removal. The psalmist did not negotiate with the fowler; he dwelt in the secret place and trusted in the covering of the Almighty. Those spirits that have been parroting your private thoughts and tracking your movements will find that their permission is revoked. What the enemy means for destruction, God can twist into enlargement and rescue. The greatest plot of all was woven in the counsels of eternity, when the crucifixion was planned before the world began. The powers of darkness thought they were winning, but they were only carrying out a salvation they could not see. Your May graduation is a marker of God’s goodness in your life, and whatever they set in motion early this year to overshadow it will be swallowed up in that same pattern. The Lord knows how to cancel a scheme, even one timed with precision.
So continue to pray boldly for their removal. You are not obligated to seek reconciliation with those who have become deliberate stumbling blocks and who, under demonic influence, live in open defiance of God. The psalmist did not negotiate with the fowler; he dwelt in the secret place and trusted in the covering of the Almighty. Say to the Lord, “My refuge and my fortress, my God, in You I trust.” He shall cover you with His feathers, and under His wings you shall take refuge. His truth shall be your shield and buckler.
Those spirits that have been parroting your private thoughts and tracking your movements will find that their permission is revoked. Command them in the name of Jesus to go where He sends them, to the place reserved for them. And rest in this: the ones used as weapons are not your battle. Your battle is to stay within that fortress, confident that the King sees every plot and will bring it to nothing while He exalts you in due time. We stand with you in prayer that this entire group will be scattered, that their yearlong scheme will collapse, and that every demonic assignment against your peace will be broken for good.
