As of today, my dad, who has always been self-centered, arrogant, and extremly negative, and who has never showed any interest in the Lord or the Bible, came and sat down next to me in the living room while I was visiting with my mother. He started asking questions about false reglions because some of their neighbors are in these systems. And because of currents events in the world, and the signs in the heavens, he asked me about God’s plan for the end of days.
My mother, a former Catholic, also listened in as I shared my non-deminional, Bible-believing spiritual knowledge the Lord has blessed me with... in understanding the times we are living in and what is to come. I was able to share and explain what Jesus said about the end times; what the Book of Revelation is and what it says, along with the Book of Daniel, Zechariah, Isaiah, and Apostle Paul’s letters. They listened and had many questions and we talked for a good hour.
It was a lot info in a short period of time and I purposely condensed the message of salvation in very little words as to keep the topic going so they could let everything sink in. And after they listened to me speak, they had even more questions and I could tell the Lord’s plan for the end times was planting a seed into their hearts. I saw afterward, my dad was deep in thought. Because of this first round and all it’s content, hopefully the next round the Lord will allow me the opportunity to share and explain the Good News and the message of salvation!
But, the old saying, “God, plus one, equals a majority,†was doubled today. Hallelujah!
So please, pray for my father and mother (and my entire family) that they may come to the Lord. And for the Lord to use me as a witnessing tool for His purposes. What happened in this house today was something that has never happened before to this family. And it was yesterday, I was praying to the Lord, telling him that I am a nobody and have no purpose in this life. As of today, was I wrong!!!!!
Lord Jesus, all thanks and praise be unto you and to God. I thank you, Lord, for your continued mercy, forgiveness, strength, blessings, and all wisdom concerning your word, will, and awesome ways!
Lord, I continue to pray for my parents and entire family, and Lord, I hope you can continue to use me as your vessel to share the Word of God and the testimony of the Gospel.
