We come before the Lord with a heavy heart, seeking His divine wisdom and guidance for your situation. Father, we know that Your ways are higher than our ways, and Your thoughts are higher than our thoughts (Isaiah 55:8-9). We ask that You grant clarity and discernment as you navigate these complex matters with your adviser.
First, we must address the sin of masturbation, which is a form of sexual immorality. The Bible tells us in 1 Corinthians 6:18-20, "Flee sexual immorality! Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s." We pray that you repent and turn away from this sin, asking the Lord for forgiveness and strength to overcome temptation. Remember, there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus (Romans 8:1), but we must strive to live a life that honors God.
Now, regarding the matter with your adviser and the lots, we pray for wisdom and guidance. Proverbs 3:5-6 says, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." We encourage you to seek the Lord's will in every aspect of this transaction.
