GUIDANCE/WISDOM

Striesporren

Disciple of Prayer
I thank GOD in advance for favour and blessings: for my divine health, to receive wisdom and guidance, be obedient to GOD, TO DO GOD’S WILL, continue giving tithes and offering to the Church I belong to, donate to other churches, study the bible, spread the gospel, win souls for GOD’s kingdom, go on various pilgrimages and write books on the glory of JESUS. To use my healing for GOD’s glory and be used by GOD whichever way HE wants me to, to serve to the best of my ability, always help the poor and needy, to please and serve GOD for the rest of my days in JESUS NAME. GOD MAKES THE IMPOSSIBLE POSSIBLE AND MAKES A WAY WHERE THERE IS NO WAY IN JESUS NAME

We rejoice with you in your heartfelt desire to walk in obedience, wisdom, and service to the Lord! Your request reflects a beautiful hunger to live for God’s glory, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting every one of these godly aspirations before Him.

First, we must emphasize that all wisdom, guidance, and favor come from the Lord alone, and it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. Jesus said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." There is no other name under heaven by which we may be saved (Acts 4:12). Your acknowledgment of Jesus in this request is commendable, and we pray that every step you take will be firmly rooted in Him.

The Scriptures assure us that if we lack wisdom, we can ask of God, who gives generously to all without reproach (James 1:5). We pray that the Holy Spirit would illuminate your mind as you study the Word, that you would discern God’s will with clarity, and that your steps would be ordered by the Lord (Psalm 37:23). May your obedience be steadfast, not just in tithes and offerings, which are acts of worship and trust in God’s provision (Malachi 3:10), but in every area of your life, including your interactions with others, your speech, and your thoughts.

Your desire to spread the gospel and win souls for the Kingdom is a high calling. Jesus commissioned us in Matthew 28:19-20 to "Go, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I commanded you." We pray that the Lord would open doors for you to share the good news with boldness and love, that hearts would be receptive, and that you would see the fruit of your labor in souls saved and lives transformed.

We also lift up your aspiration to write books and go on pilgrimages for God’s glory. May the Lord anoint your words to edify the body of Christ and draw others closer to Him. Let every pilgrimage be a journey of deeper intimacy with the Lord, where you encounter His presence in fresh ways and return with a renewed passion to serve Him.

Your heart for the poor and needy reflects the heart of God, who commands us to "defend the weak, the poor, and the fatherless" (Psalm 82:3). We pray that the Lord would provide you with opportunities to minister to those in need, and that your hands would be an extension of His love and provision.

However, we must gently address a concern in your request. While your desire to use your "healing" for God’s glory is noble, we must ensure that this aligns with biblical truth. The Bible teaches that healing comes from God alone, and we are called to pray in faith for the sick (James 5:14-15). If you are referring to a gift of healing, we encourage you to use it humbly and in submission to the Holy Spirit, always pointing people to Jesus as the ultimate healer. If this is a personal experience of healing, we rejoice with you and pray that you would steward this testimony to bring glory to God.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for this dear brother/sister in Christ, who seeks to live wholly for Your glory. Lord, we ask that You would pour out Your wisdom upon them, that they would walk in obedience to Your will and discern Your voice clearly in every decision. Grant them favor in their endeavors to serve You, whether in writing, pilgrimages, or ministering to the poor. May their life be a living testimony of Your goodness and grace.

Father, we pray for divine health and strength, that they would be sustained in body, mind, and spirit as they serve You. Bless their tithes and offerings, and multiply their resources so they may continue to give generously. Anoint their words as they share the gospel, and let souls be added to Your Kingdom through their obedience.

Lord, we ask that You would guard their heart against pride or self-reliance, keeping them humble and dependent on You alone. May they always seek Your face, not just Your hand, and may their life bring You honor in all things. We pray that every impossible situation they face would become possible through Your power, and that You would make a way where there seems to be no way.

Above all, Father, we pray that this dear one would know You more deeply each day, that their love for You would grow, and that they would finish their race strong, hearing the words, "Well done, good and faithful servant." We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Continue to seek the Lord with all your heart, and may He direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). Walk in the power of the Holy Spirit, and let your life be a reflection of Christ’s love and truth. We stand with you in faith, believing that God will fulfill every good work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6).

We’re genuinely moved by the heart behind your words, there’s so much love for God and a real eagerness to pour your life out for His purposes. That’s something to give thanks for right alongside you. With so many good desires listed, it might be easy to feel scattered or wonder where to begin on any given Tuesday.

What we’ve seen help others with a similar full heart is simply this: ask God to show you the one or two things He’s placed right in front of you this week, the concrete neighbor, the specific conversation, the small act of obedience that’s actually in reach. An entire “yes” to God is lived out in a thousand smaller yeses. It’s often in the everyday serving and showing up that those bigger longings, like writing books on His glory or going on pilgrimages, start taking on real shape rather than staying up in the air.

As you step into that, the writing you mentioned might be a natural place to begin gathering what God is already teaching you. You don’t have to have the whole book mapped out; jotting down a testimony or insight while it’s fresh keeps your heart watching for what He’s doing. And as you keep studying Scripture and giving generously, things you’re already committed to, you’re already spreading the gospel with your life, not just your words. We’re with you in that.

Lord Jesus, thank You for putting such a willing spirit in this dear person. As they hunger to obey You and make You known, grant them the wisdom to see what You’ve set before them today. Help them not be overwhelmed by the size of their desire but to trust You with each small step. Use their health, their giving, their words, and their service to draw many hearts to You. And would You bring along wise companions who can walk with them as they write and serve. In Your name, amen.

Your prayer breathes a sweet savour of desire after God. To long for obedience, for wisdom, to serve, to give, to speak of Jesus, to use your healing for His glory, this is the work of the Spirit, and I rejoice with you in it. Yet remember, every holy aspiration you have brought is itself a leaf from the Tree of Life, for the very least things about Christ are full of healing virtue. The healing you have received is not merely for the body, but for the soul, and every good purpose you now cherish springs from that same inexhaustible grace.

Take care that your obedience flows from love and faith, not from a slavish fear. The obedience of a child is what the Gospel produces. You will never please God by a mere list of duties. The path of obedience is not a bargain with heaven, so many tithes, so many pilgrimages, so many books written, as though these could purchase favour. Our Father desires the heart. When faith embraces Christ, then obedience becomes the joyful running of one who has been met by the risen Saviour. I would have you press forward in every good resolution, but see to it that you are always a pupil in God’s school, learning His will from His Word, and then, as a pupil-teacher, declaring His wondrous works.

You have spoken much of what you would do. This is well, but let the doing be prompt, exact, and continuous. Remember Joshua: not to turn to the right hand or the left. Exactness is the very essence of obedience. It may be that in your zeal to give, to write, to go on pilgrimages, you might neglect some plainer command, forgiveness of a slight, gentleness in the home, a secret prayer life. The leaves of the tree are for healing, and the common, daily bits of obedience carry a healing power for your own soul and for others.

And rest in the unshakeable purpose of God. He makes no digression from His plan. Your free acts, your strivings, your very failures are not outside His sovereign design. This is a deep mystery, but it is the miracle of miracles: you are absolutely free, yet His purpose stands firm. Therefore, when you feel weak, remember that your obedience is not the root of your salvation but its fruit. He who has begun a good work in you will perform it. The leaves are given for your healing, and the fruit of His grace will sustain you.

Run then on your Master’s errands, but run with your hand in His, even when you cannot see the way. Let your service to the poor, your witness for Christ, your writing for His glory, be the overflow of a heart that is “not beloved” by nature, but now, through the blood of Jesus, is called beloved. Go, and as you go, He will meet you with fresh assurance and calm joy. Only keep close to His Word, search out His commands, and then obey not to earn, but because you are already His.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You speak of many outward works: tithes, offerings, pilgrimages, writing books, spreading the gospel, helping the poor. These are good, yet they are not the root but the fruit. The soul must first be made whole, for what profit is it to give money while the heart clings to riches, or to heal bodies while the soul festers with pride? The Christian shines out in poverty rather than in wealth, for wealth brings many impediments to virtue: arrogance, rapine, unholy loves. But poverty, if endured with thanksgiving, makes one sober-minded, equitable, considerate. Do not therefore seek after outward signs of favor and blessing as the world counts blessing. It is not health of body but health of soul that is the greater miracle, and that health God works only with your free will, persuading, not forcing. So be obedient to God’s will not by mere performance of duties, but by becoming lowly in heart. That is true wisdom.

You ask to use your healing for God’s glory. Remember that the Lord reordered not only diseased bodies but souls far worse, a publican, a persecutor, a harlot, and made them angels and like to God. If you have received healing, let it be a sign of that deeper cure: the expulsion of every wickedness from your soul. Let your life be a book of the glory of Jesus, written not with ink but with deeds of humility and secret charity. Give to the poor, yes, but do not wrap yourself in garments while the image of God goes naked; do not feed dogs while your brother famishes. Let your fasting and your pilgrimages be done not to be seen by men but to cleanse the eye of the soul from the smoke of this life, that it may become quick-sighted to heavenly things.

You thank God in advance for favor and blessings. But what favor do you seek? If it is wealth, ease, or human acclaim, know that these are as smoke, and often granted to the wicked because God esteems them lightly. The truly wise man considers the present life as nothing, neither delighted by prosperity nor grieved by adversity. He gives thanks in all things. You say God makes the impossible possible. Indeed, the greatest impossibility He has already accomplished: He raised up those who were worth nothing to wealth and abundance in Christ, not by gold, but by the mystery of the Cross. That is the wisdom which is hidden from the rulers of this world. Seek that wisdom, which is virtue: lowliness of mind, almsgiving from a pure heart, the knowledge that you bear a common nature with all. Then your works will not be your own but the fruit of grace, and your soul will be nourished in the meadow of spiritual oracles, clear and piercing, ready for every good work. You need both your own striving and God’s grace. So pray without ceasing, but work also with fear and trembling, knowing that it is God who works in you to will and to do. Do not look for reward here, and you shall receive it there.
