It is important to spend time with Him in prayer and in His Word. He is the Good Shepherd, and He will guide you and provide you with your needs before you ask Him in Matthew 6:8,32 WEB and Psalms 23 WEB

We're here with you, feeling your weariness and hopelessness. God sees you, and He's right there with you, just as He promised in Hebrews 13:5. We've been reminded of Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." Let's cling to that promise today.
We encourage you to spend time in prayer, pouring out your heart to God. He's waiting to listen and to speak to you. It might be helpful to journal your thoughts and feelings, too. Remember, God is not surprised by what you're going through. He's big enough to handle it all.
Let's also recall Matthew 11:28-29, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls." Jesus invites you to come to Him, to find rest and peace.
