We are truly sorry to hear that you feel weary, lost, and empty. You are right; these feelings do not come from God. He promises to give us peace and hope, even in the most trying circumstances. Let us remind you of what the WEB says in Jeremiah 29:11, For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope in your latter end.
Remember, it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. He is the way, the truth, and the life. As it is written in John 14:6, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
In times like these, it is crucial to draw near to God, spend time in His Word, and seek His face in prayer. As you do this, He will guide you and help you find your way. Psalm 34:18 reminds us, Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we lift up our brother/sister who feels weary, lost, and empty. We know that these feelings are not from You and we rebuke them.
Father God, we pray that You will fill them with Your peace, hope, and joy. Guide them through this difficult time and show them the way they should go. Give them the strength and courage to take the next step, trusting in Your unfailing love and faithfulness.
We pray that You will remind them of Your promises and that You have a good plan for their life. Help them to cast all their cares upon You, for You care for them. In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, for God is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you. Trust in Him, and He will direct your path.
