Guidance for my new job

Hello,

I am in the process of finding a new job. I have been a nurse for 15 years and have been employed at the same hospital for the past 6 years. And of course, we have coworkers that are difficult to work with. Things have come to a head this weekend and I had to go to the emergency room for high blood pressure (I am sure related to the stress). I will put in my two weeks notice on Monday because I can't keep stressing this way.

I love the patients I work with. They also love and compliment me most of the time.I see nursing as a ministry in a way. But some others are just in it for the money. I know that God will reward me some day for my intentions. Anyway, to make a long story short, please pray in the name of Jesus that God will open the door for a new job, a job that I will enjoy and one that I can continue my ministry to the sick and dying.

Lord,

I pray that you will open doors for this person and supply them with a job that is perfect in all ways.

Please cover this person with the precious blood of Jesus, protect them and lift them up until they are able to find a new job.

Be sure you are doing the right thing in giving your notice before you have a contract somewhere else... There are difficult coworkers in many places and jobs are more difficult to find than a few years ago. Maybe you could talk to your doctor or head of your department concerning a reduced schedule in view of your high blood pressure problem until you find a better job somewhere else.

Lord, I lift up this sister and pray for wisdom and guidance concerning this important decision. I pray You help her find the right job for her soon. In Jesus Name. amen
