God almighty, i seek your face. help me , direct me send helpers to me, grant me the skills, abilities, capabilities, confidence and all that is not or lack in me so that i can be useful and contributing in my work!! Dear God,is palliative care for me... i cant and dont seem to have the skills to do what i need to do. i have gone for training and yet i cannot function and i dont knwo why... dear god, why did you direct me to palliative care? what is it that i can do here... would you pls equip me with skills and insight and tact and wisdom and confidence..
