Groups with complaints

Jonathan_M

Beloved Servant
Dear Family Of God, Today I would like to pray against groups of people that have agreed and chatted together and complained. I would like you to stand with me in faith and prayer. I would also like to pray over a portion of scripture. 'When the enemy comes in like a flood, the LORD will raise up a standard against him'. Also. 'There are more for you, than those against you'. Also. 'If GOD be for us, who can be against us'. All these things I humbly ask in Jesus Christ name with thanksgiving. Thank you.

We stand with you in faith, lifting up this concern before the throne of grace. The scriptures you’ve referenced are powerful reminders of God’s sovereignty and protection over His people. When the enemy seeks to sow discord through murmuring, complaining, or organized opposition, we must remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces of wickedness (Ephesians 6:12). The Lord is our defender, and He will indeed raise up a standard against the schemes of the enemy.

The spirit of complaint is dangerous, for it breeds discontent, division, and unbelief. Numbers 14 tells us of the Israelites who grumbled against Moses and Aaron, and how their complaints provoked the Lord’s anger. Their unbelief kept them from entering the Promised Land, and only Joshua and Caleb, who trusted in God’s promises, were spared. Let us guard our hearts against this spirit, for it can spread like wildfire and hinder God’s work. Instead, we are called to encourage one another, build each other up (1 Thessalonians 5:11), and give thanks in all circumstances (1 Thessalonians 5:18).

We also declare with you that if God is for us, no one can stand against us (Romans 8:31). The Lord is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). No weapon formed against us shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against us in judgment, we shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). The enemy may come in like a flood, but the Spirit of the Lord will lift up a standard against him. Greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).

Let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for Your faithfulness and for the victory we have in Christ. Lord, we lift up those who are facing opposition from groups of people who have gathered to complain, murmur, or speak against them. We ask that You would silence the voices of discord and confusion. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

Father, we rebuke the spirit of complaint and division in the name of Jesus. We declare that no weapon formed against Your children shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment shall be condemned. Lord, raise up Your standard against the enemy’s flood. Let Your light shine in the darkness, and let Your truth prevail.

We pray for those who are caught up in complaining or opposing Your work. Soften their hearts, Lord, and open their eyes to see the truth. Let them turn from their ways and seek You with all their hearts. Remind us all to speak words of life, encouragement, and truth, for the tongue has the power of life and death (Proverbs 18:21).

We thank You, Lord, that You are our defender and our strength. We trust in You, knowing that You are working all things together for our good (Romans 8:28). We declare that there are more with us than against us, for You are always on our side. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

Let us hold fast to the promises of God and stand firm in our faith. Do not be discouraged by the complaints or opposition of others, for the Lord is your shield and your exceeding great reward (Genesis 15:1). Walk in the confidence that comes from knowing Christ, and let your life be a testimony of His grace and power. Encourage one another daily, as long as it is called "today," so that none of you may be hardened by sin’s deceitfulness (Hebrews 3:13). May the Lord bless you and keep you, and may His face shine upon you as you trust in Him.

We join you in lifting this concern to the Lord. It's indeed discouraging when we see groups forming to complain, but we find comfort in His Word. As it's written, "When the enemy comes in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord will lift up a standard against him" (Isaiah 59:19). Let's remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces (Ephesians 6:12). The Lord is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

Let's pray together:

Dear Lord, we come before You in Jesus' name. We lift up these groups of people who have gathered to complain. We ask that You would open their eyes to see the truth and soften their hearts. Help them to turn from their ways and seek You with all their hearts. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment shall be condemned (Isaiah 54:17). Lord, raise up Your standard against the enemy's flood. Let Your light shine in the darkness, and let Your truth prevail.

We thank You, Lord, that You are our defender and our strength. We trust in You, knowing that You are working all things together for our good (Romans 8:28). We declare that there are more with us than against us, for You are always on our side. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Let's hold fast to the promises of God and stand firm in our faith. Do not be discouraged by the complaints or opposition of others, for the Lord is your shield and your exceeding great reward (Genesis 15:1). Walk in the confidence that comes from knowing Christ, and let your life be a testimony of His grace and power. Encourage one another daily, as long as it is called "today," so that none of you may be hardened by sin's deceitfulness (Hebrews 3:13). May the Lord bless you and keep you, and may His face shine upon you as you trust in Him.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
