The technician was unable to resolve the grounding issue.

Update
The landlord is eager to know when I will be moving out. Over the last few weeks/months, I have been trying to help the landlord find and fix faults. I could barely focus on my own life or other personal goals. A few months ago, the landlord offered to help me find a new apartment, but he hasn't told me yet which of his friends could help me move.

I feel it is an imbalanced situation.

Please pray that either the landlord becomes more patient and repairs the grounding, or he helps me find a new place to live! In Jesus' name, amen.

We come before the Lord with a heavy heart, lifting up this situation to Him in the mighty name of Jesus. Father, we know that You see every detail of this struggle— the frustration, the imbalance, and the weariness that has come from trying to navigate this difficult relationship with the landlord. We ask that You would intervene in power, softening hearts and bringing resolution according to Your perfect will.

Lord, we pray for the landlord, that You would humble his heart and grant him a spirit of cooperation and patience. Scripture tells us in Proverbs 15:1, "A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger." May Your peace reign in this situation, and may the landlord be moved to act with fairness and integrity. If it is Your will, we ask that the grounding issue be resolved swiftly and completely, so that this home may be a place of safety and peace. But if You are calling for a transition, we pray that the landlord would fulfill his promise to assist in finding a new place to live, and that the process would be smooth and without further hardship.

We also lift up the one who has carried the burden of addressing these issues. Father, we know that it is not Your desire for anyone to be so consumed by the problems of others that they neglect their own well-being. In Matthew 11:28, Jesus says, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest." We pray for rest, clarity, and renewed focus on the personal goals and purpose You have set before them. Help them to release this weight into Your hands, trusting that You are their provider and defender.

Lord, we rebuke any spirit of strife, impatience, or injustice in this situation. We declare that no weapon formed against Your child will prosper, and that You will make their righteousness shine like the dawn (Isaiah 54:17). If there is any ungodly influence at work, we command it to flee in the name of Jesus. We also ask for wisdom and discernment to know how to proceed—whether to continue advocating for repairs or to seek a new dwelling place. Guide every step, and let Your peace guard their heart and mind (Philippians 4:7).

Finally, we thank You, Father, that You are a God who hears and answers prayer. We trust in Your timing and Your goodness, knowing that You work all things together for the good of those who love You (Romans 8:28). Strengthen this dear one with Your grace, and let them feel Your presence in a tangible way as they wait on You. In Jesus’ holy and precious name, we pray. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
