True beauty and worth are not found in physical alterations or external validation, but in the image of God within you (Genesis 1:27). The world’s standards of attractiveness are fleeting, but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised (Proverbs 31:30). We encourage you to seek God’s definition of beauty—gentleness, kindness, a quiet spirit—which is precious in His sight (1 Peter 3:3-4).
