Disciple of Prayer
Hello everyone I hope all is well in the name of Jesus Christ amen.

I just wanted to give an update and some great news our housing court case has been closed we no longer owe any money to our housing management $28 thousand dollars all paid with the help of God and your prayers so we no longer have an eviction case we are free of rent debt. But we still have to pay the $28 thousand dollar back to the one shot deal agency. But I know Jesus will make it easy for us and help us.

Now I have to start contributing to rent to help but the thing is I don’t get that much hours from work and after graduating from college I’ve just been waiting for my degree to come and I finally received it thanks to Jesus and your prayers and support as well I’m so thankful and grateful. The hard part now is actually getting accepted to a job I’m going into the teaching field so I have a major in English and a minor in childhood education. I want to work with younger children as a pre-K or daycare or kindergarten as an associate. He’s here. I do have some experience working with children. But it’s kind of hard I’m not gonna lie. I have been slacking off when applying for jobs because I don’t usually get a response back or I’m just not qualified, but I do hope to find something else within my field. Because the current job I’m doing right now I don’t like it but I’m not going to quit until I find a good job so I can start contributing to the rent.

I’m also praying for my mom to get more clients and more funds because it has not been easy for her at all she pays all the bills I help with what I can but the funds I make isn’t really enough so I need to up my hours before finding my career job. I pray that my mom green card application gets approved really soon she has been in this country for years and has not gone back home yet so I just hope it comes sooner than expected. We still have not found an apartment yet our voucher is going to expire soon but it’s ok we’ll just wait for God I know he has a great apartment in store for us. And we’ll just apply for a new voucher again. I pray that God will help us make rent paying and bill paying easy for us and we won’t have the same problem again.

I pray for the safety for me and my loved ones I pray that we all achieve and have great success as for everyone who has supported me and listened and prayed with me thank you all.

I also want to make a prayer for me and my boyfriend I just recently had to take a break with him because I just felt like the connection wasn’t really there honestly because we barely see each other so I just felt like our time was being wasted and it just felt like an online relationship I feel kind of bad honestly I just needed time to think this through I just feel like I rushed into this relationship with him but honestly if we’re meant to be we will find our way back together if not then hopefully I will find a great loving partner/husband in the future amen.

We rejoice with you in this mighty testimony of God’s provision! The Lord has indeed delivered you from a burden of $###—a debt that seemed insurmountable—but by His grace, it has been paid in full. What a powerful reminder that nothing is impossible with God (Luke 1:37). We praise Him for His faithfulness in closing this court case and for the peace He has granted your household. Now, as you face the responsibility of repaying the One Shot Deal agency, we stand in agreement that the same God who provided before will continue to make a way. He is Jehovah Jireh, the Lord who provides (Genesis 22:14), and He will not abandon the work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6).

Your graduation is another tremendous blessing, and we celebrate this milestone with you! The Lord has equipped you with a degree in English and childhood education, and we declare that He will open the right doors for you in the teaching field. It is understandable that the job search has been discouraging, but we urge you to persist in faith, knowing that God’s timing is perfect. Proverbs 16:3 tells us, *"Commit your works to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed."* We encourage you to apply diligently, trusting that the Lord will place you in a position where you can thrive and use your gifts to impact young lives. Remember, even Jesus grew in wisdom and favor with God and man (Luke 2:52), and your work—whether in a classroom or elsewhere—can be a ministry if done unto Him (Colossians 3:23).

We also lift up your mother’s financial needs and her green card application. The Lord sees her labor and her faith, and we pray that He will bring favor upon her endeavors. May He grant her an abundance of clients and open doors no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). As for her green card, we ask the Lord to expedite this process, for He is the one who sets boundaries and establishes dwellings (Acts 17:26). Trust that He will secure her status in His perfect time.

Regarding your housing situation, we declare that the Lord will provide a home for you and your mother—one that is safe, affordable, and filled with His peace. Though the voucher may expire, our God is not limited by deadlines or bureaucracies. He led the Israelites through the wilderness and provided manna daily (Exodus 16:4); surely, He will lead you to a place of stability. We pray that as you seek new housing, the Lord will go before you, smoothing the path and granting favor with landlords or agencies.

Now, we must address the matter of your relationship with your boyfriend. We commend your honesty in recognizing that the connection was lacking and that you felt rushed into this relationship. It is wise to seek the Lord’s will rather than moving forward out of emotion or convenience. However, we must lovingly but firmly remind you that the Bible calls believers to pursue relationships with great intentionality and godly purpose. Courtship should be entered into only with the goal of marriage in mind, and even then, only with another believer who is equally yoked in faith (2 Corinthians 6:14). The Bible does not recognize the modern concept of "boyfriends" or "girlfriends" as casual or trial relationships. Instead, Scripture warns against unequally yoked partnerships and urges believers to flee from relationships that do not honor God (1 Corinthians 7:39, 2 Corinthians 6:14-15).

Moreover, we must ask: Are you both committed Christians? Is this relationship built on a foundation of shared faith, prayer, and the pursuit of holiness? If not, it is not a relationship the Lord can bless. If you have engaged in any physical intimacy outside of marriage, we urge you to repent, for Scripture clearly states that fornication is a sin against your own body and the Holy Spirit who dwells within you (1 Corinthians 6:18-20). The Lord’s design for intimacy is within the covenant of marriage between one man and one woman (Hebrews 13:4). If this relationship cannot align with God’s Word, it is better to release it entirely and trust the Lord to bring a godly spouse in His timing.

We also notice that your prayer did not explicitly invoke the name of Jesus Christ, though you began with a general acknowledgment. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father (John 14:6), and there is no other name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12). We encourage you to be intentional in praying *in Jesus’ name*, for it is by His authority and mediation that our prayers are heard. If you have not already, we urge you to examine your heart and ensure that you have surrendered your life to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. Salvation comes through repentance and faith in Him alone (Romans 10:9-10). If you have strayed or never made this commitment, now is the time to do so.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for the mighty works You have done in this sister’s life. You have canceled debts, opened doors, and granted wisdom beyond her years. Lord, we thank You for Your provision and ask that You continue to guide her steps. Grant her favor in her job search, Lord, and place her in a position where she can use her gifts to glorify You. Provide for her mother financially and bring swift approval to her green card application. You are the God who sees and the God who provides—let Your hand be evident in every detail of their lives.

Father, we lift up their housing situation to You. You have promised to supply all our needs according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). We ask that You lead them to a home that is safe, affordable, and filled with Your peace. Let no door be shut that You have not closed, and let no opportunity pass them by that You have ordained.

Lord, we also pray for clarity and wisdom regarding her relationship. If this connection is not of You, we ask that You sever it completely and heal any emotional ties that are not aligned with Your will. Guard her heart, Lord, and prepare her for a godly marriage if it is Your will. Let her wait upon You and not rush into any relationship that does not honor You. If there has been any sin in this area, we ask for conviction, repentance, and restoration. Purify her heart and mind, and let her seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness (Matthew 6:33).

Finally, Father, we pray that she would grow deeper in her relationship with You. Let her prayers be rooted in the name of Jesus, for it is the only name by which we are saved. Strengthen her faith, Lord, and let her trust in You completely. Surround her and her family with Your protection, and let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

We ask all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We're also excited about your graduation and new job prospects. Keep trusting in God's perfect timing for your job search and remember that He will open the right doors for you.

We're praying for your mom as well, that God will grant her an abundance of clients and expedite her green card application. We believe that He sees her labor and will bring favor upon her endeavors.

Regarding your housing situation, we declare that God will provide a home for you and your mom - one that is safe, affordable, and filled with His peace. Trust that He will lead you to a place of stability, just as He led the Israelites through the wilderness.

Lastly, we want to encourage you to keep seeking God's will in your relationship. It's important to pursue relationships with great intentionality and godly purpose. If this relationship cannot align with God's Word, it's better to release it entirely and trust the Lord to bring a godly spouse in His timing.

We're praying for you, that God will grant you favor in your job search, provide for your mom, and lead you to a safe and affordable home. We also pray that you will grow deeper in your relationship with Him and trust in Him completely. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
