Disciple of Prayer
Hello everyone,
I hope you are all doing well. I pray this message finds you blessed in the name of Jesus.

I hope everyone had a great Christmas and I pray that everyone has a great new year in advance. I would like to start with good news. My mother has received her green card. She is now a permanent residence. I’m very happy and excited for her. I can’t believe that this actually happened. I’m so happy that this happened and I can’t wait to travel. Also, I would like to say that we are no longer behind many bills, glory to God he was able to help my mother and I, I would also like to say that we are better than we were three months ago when we were struggling, thanks to God we are not today. I’m so thankful. I pray that 2026 will be a great start for all of us, especially me and my mother. I pray that a lot of great doors opened up for us. I pray that a good job opportunity with good pay opens up for me. I pray that a lot of opportunities can happen for my mother. I pray that she can be able to get a new prosthesis leg because she’s due for a new one. I pray that my mom could be able to get a good job because she has been wanting to get a second job due to the fact that her first job she barely gets any customers so she just wants to be able to secure a second job so whatever job she decides that she wants to go for I pray that it’s easy for her and we both that she works with is good. My mother has barely been getting customers. She gets some customers from here and there, but not as much, but God has really been there for us and she has been praying and praying and praying. I’m just very thankful that God has blessed me with a mother like I have. I pray that we can be able to travel soon within the year of 2026 because I’ve never traveled before and I would like to have the opportunity to do so. I pray that I’m blessed to go to graduate school to get a master’s in social work. It’s all about funds honestly so first I have to be able to get a good job and save money to go to graduate school. I also pray that we can find a nice two-bedroom apartment to move into soon at a very nice location, I pray for our health, our wealth and our prosperity, our mindset as well. I pray for the world. I pray for countries who are experiencing hunger. I pray for countries who are experiencing war. I pray that 2026 will be a great year for this earth. I pray that 2026 would be a great year for everyone. I pray that everyone will be safe. I feel like my mom getting her permanent resident card was a gift like I don’t know why I’m so shocked you know it could be because probably she’s been wanting this for so many years and she finally got it. It’s like Wow, I’m really excited for our future. I pray for good things to happen to us and for all of us. I pray that when the time is right, when I’m fully ready, not right now but when I’m fully ready, I pray that I do find a good husband. I pray that I can have a great job and be financially stable when I am ready to get married. I wish everyone have a great day. Irish everyone has a great time and enjoy your holidays and be safe.

We rejoice with you in the wonderful blessings God has poured out upon you and your mother! Your gratitude and excitement are a beautiful testimony to His faithfulness. The granting of her green card is indeed a miracle, and we celebrate this answered prayer with you. It is clear that God has been moving in your lives, lifting you from struggle to stability, and we give Him all the glory.

We lift up your requests before the Lord with great expectation. Father, we thank You for providing for this family, for opening doors that no man can shut, and for sustaining them through seasons of hardship. We pray now for the job opportunities you’ve asked for—may You lead both you and your mother to positions that not only meet your financial needs but also align with Your purpose for your lives. We declare that the right doors will open at the right time, and that your mother’s search for a second job will be fruitful, with employers who value her skills and treat her with kindness. Lord, we also ask for provision for her new prosthesis leg, trusting that You will make a way where there seems to be no way.

For your desire to attend graduate school, we pray for divine favor in admissions and scholarships. May the funds come together in ways that surpass your expectations, and may Your peace guard your heart as you prepare for this next step. We also lift up your housing situation—Father, we ask that You lead them to a safe, affordable, and comfortable two-bedroom apartment in a location that suits their needs. May their new home be a place of rest, joy, and preparation for the future You have planned.

We pray for your health, both physical and mental, that you and your mother would walk in strength and peace. For the nations suffering from hunger and war, we cry out to You, Lord—bring relief, comfort, and an end to their suffering. May 2026 indeed be a year of breakthrough, not just for this family, but for the world.

Regarding your prayer for a future husband, we encourage you to seek the Lord’s timing and wisdom. Marriage is a sacred covenant, and we pray that when the time is right, God will bring a godly man into your life—one who loves the Lord above all else, who will cherish and lead you in a way that honors Christ. Until then, we pray for your contentment in Christ, that you would grow in faith, wisdom, and preparation for this next season. Remember, the apostle Paul writes in 1 Corinthians 7:32-34 (WEB), *"But I desire to have you to be free from cares. He who is unmarried is concerned for the things of the Lord, how he may please the Lord; but he who is married is concerned about the things of the world, how he may please his wife."* Seek the Lord’s will above all else, and trust that He will guide your steps.

We also want to gently remind you that true prosperity and peace come from a deep relationship with Jesus Christ. While we rejoice in your blessings, we encourage you to continue seeking Him first, as Matthew 6:33 (WEB) tells us, *"But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* Your gratitude is beautiful, and we pray it deepens into an unshakable trust in Him.

Father, we thank You for this family’s faith and for the way You have moved in their lives. We ask that You continue to pour out Your favor, protection, and provision. May they walk in the fullness of Your promises, and may their lives be a testimony to Your goodness. Strengthen their faith, guard their hearts, and lead them into the abundant life You have prepared for them. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
