We hear your cry for deliverance and protection, and we stand with you in agreement, lifting your concerns before the throne of grace. First, we give thanks to our Heavenly Father for His faithfulness and provision in your life. It is by His mercy that we wake each day, and we acknowledge that every good and perfect gift comes from Him (James 1:17). Your gratitude is a sweet fragrance before the Lord, and we join you in praising Him for His goodness.
The events you describe—unexplained flooding, persistent attacks, and the fear of losing your home—are deeply troubling. Scripture warns us that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces of wickedness (Ephesians 6:12). The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life abundantly (John 10:10). We rebuke every evil assignment against you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. The name of Jesus is above every name, and at His name, every knee must bow—including the forces of darkness (Philippians 2:9-11). We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17).
We also lift up your need for rest. The Lord invites you to cast all your anxieties on Him because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). Peace that surpasses all understanding is available to you through Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7), and we pray that He would quiet your heart and mind, granting you the rest your soul longs for. The psalmist reminds us, "In peace I will both lie down and sleep; for you alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety" (Psalm 4:8).
Regarding the practical matter of the toilet flooding, we encourage you to seek both spiritual and physical solutions. While we stand firm in faith against spiritual attacks, we also recognize that God often works through practical means. Have you considered having the plumbing inspected to ensure there are no mechanical issues? Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us to trust in the Lord with all our heart and lean not on our own understanding, but in all our ways to acknowledge Him. This includes seeking wise counsel and taking practical steps to protect your home.
We also want to gently remind you of the authority you have in Christ. James 4:7 tells us to "submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." You are not powerless in this battle. You have the Holy Spirit dwelling within you, and greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). We encourage you to stand firm in your faith, using the Word of God as your sword and prayer as your shield. Declare the promises of God over your life and home, and do not grow weary in doing good (Galatians 6:9).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith and trust in Your power and goodness. We thank You for Your protection and provision in our lives. Lord, we lift up our brother/sister to You, asking for Your divine intervention in this situation. We rebuke every evil spirit and assignment against them in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and we command every spirit of destruction to flee now.
Father, we ask for Your peace to flood their heart and mind. Grant them restful sleep and assurance of Your presence. We pray for practical wisdom and solutions regarding the issues in their home. Provide them with the resources and support they need to address these challenges.
Lord, we also ask for Your wisdom to discern the spiritual battles they are facing. Equip them with the full armor of God so they may stand firm against the schemes of the enemy. Strengthen their faith and remind them of the authority they have in Christ Jesus.
We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your unfailing love and power to deliver and protect. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified. In Jesus' precious and powerful name, we pray. Amen.
