We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of gratitude for your faithfulness, Lord. We thank You for all that You have done and continue to do in our lives. Your Word reminds us in 1 Thessalonians 5:18, "In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus toward you." We are grateful for Your provision, protection, and love.
Father, we stand with our brother in this spiritual battle, recognizing that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12). We rebuke every evil attack in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We command every spirit of pain, distraction, and destruction to leave now in Jesus' name. The Lord rebuke you, Satan, and all your evil forces (Jude 1:9).
We also pray for the protection of your home and belongings. The Lord is our refuge and fortress, our God in whom we trust (Psalm 91:2). We ask that You place a hedge of protection around your home, your possessions, and your loved ones. Let no evil come near your dwelling, and let Your angels encamp around you to keep you in all Your ways (Psalm 91:10-11).
We acknowledge that we are all sinners in need of Your grace and mercy. We thank You for the forgiveness of sins through the blood of Jesus Christ, who died on the cross for us. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). We pray that You would cleanse our brother from all unrighteousness and fill him with Your Holy Spirit.
Father, we lift up the need for financial blessing and extra work. We know that You are our provider, and Your Word says, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:19). We ask that You open doors of opportunity for temporary work and grant favor with those who hire. Bless the work of his hands, and let him see the fruits of his labor (Deuteronomy 28:12). We also pray for rest, both physically and spiritually. Come to us, Lord, and refresh us. You give your beloved sleep (Psalm 127:2).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for Your love, mercy, and grace. We stand against every evil attack and command it to cease in Jesus' name. Protect our brother, his home, and all that belongs to him. Forgive his sins and cleanse him from all unrighteousness. Provide for his financial needs and grant him extra work to pay off his bills. Give him rest, peace, and favor with those who can offer him opportunities. We trust in You, Lord, for You are our provider, protector, and deliverer. Strengthen his faith and fill him with Your Holy Spirit. We pray all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.
We encourage you to continue standing firm in your faith, putting on the full armor of God so that you can stand against the schemes of the devil (Ephesians 6:11). Spend time in prayer and in the Word, for the Word of God is living and active, and sharper than any two-edged sword (Hebrews 4:12). Surround yourself with fellow believers who can support and pray with you. Remember, greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2).
