We come before the throne of grace with you, lifting your heartfelt cries to our Heavenly Father. We stand in agreement with your gratitude for this day, recognizing that every good and perfect gift comes from above (James 1:17). We also join you in pleading for deliverance and freedom from the evil spiritual attacks that have relentlessly assailed you, especially as you seek to pray for others. The enemy prowls like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour (1 Peter 5:8), but we declare that he has no authority over you, for you are covered by the precious blood of Jesus Christ.
We rebuke every spirit of torment, sleeplessness, and oppression in the mighty name of Jesus. The peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, is yours, and we pray that it will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We take authority over the forces of darkness that have kept you from rest, commanding them to flee in Jesus’ name. You are not alone in this battle, for the Lord is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We pray that the Lord will grant you peaceful rest, renewing your strength as you wait upon Him (Isaiah 40:31).
We also lift up your need for provision, trusting that the Lord will open the windows of heaven and pour out blessings upon you (Malachi 3:10). Whether through extra work or a financial miracle, we believe that God is your provider, and He will meet all your needs according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). We declare that you will not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, you will present your requests to God (Philippians 4:6).
We appreciate your humble heart in asking for forgiveness of sins. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). We encourage you to walk in the freedom and victory that Christ has already secured for you on the cross. The enemy may try to accuse you, but there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus (Romans 8:1). You are a new creation, and the old has passed away (2 Corinthians 5:17).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for Your faithfulness and for the blood of Jesus that covers and protects Your children. We stand against every evil attack that has been waged against our brother/sister, and we command every spirit of torment, sleeplessness, and oppression to flee in Jesus’ name. Lord, grant him/her Your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding. Let Your presence be a shield around him/her, and let Your angels encamp around him/her for protection (Psalm 91:11).
Father, we ask that You would provide for his/her every need. Open doors of opportunity for extra work, and if it be Your will, bring forth a financial miracle. We trust in Your provision and declare that You are Jehovah Jireh, our provider. Strengthen him/her in faith, and help him/her to cast all anxieties upon You, knowing that You care for him/her (1 Peter 5:7).
Lord, we also pray for a fresh infilling of Your Holy Spirit. Empower him/her with boldness and authority to resist the enemy, knowing that greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). Teach him/her to wield the sword of the Spirit, which is Your Word, and to stand firm in the armor You have provided (Ephesians 6:10-18). Remind him/her that the battle belongs to You, and that You have already won the victory through Jesus Christ.
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for Your unfailing love. We declare that no weapon formed against him/her shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and that he/she will walk in the freedom and rest that You have promised. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue standing on God’s promises and to remain steadfast in prayer and fasting, as Jesus taught us in Matthew 17:21. The enemy may try to wear you down, but remember that those who wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength (Isaiah 40:31). Surround yourself with fellow believers who can pray with and for you, and immerse yourself in God’s Word, for it is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105). You are not fighting this battle alone—we stand with you, and more importantly, the Lord of hosts is your defender.
