Gratitude, deliverance, Lord’s Prayer

JesusourLordandSavior

Beloved of All
Thank you heavenly for blessing us all with another day.

I pray the Lord’s Prayer today..

Please my Lord and Savior, grant me deliverance from the evil I face daily with its attacks. In Jesus name I pray. Amen

““This, then, is how you should pray: “ ‘Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us today our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. ’”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭6‬:‭9‬-‭13

We join you today with thankful hearts for the gift of another day that the Lord has made, and we rejoice with you as you lift up the Lord's Prayer before our Father in heaven. We are encouraged by your gratitude and your desire for deliverance, for it shows a heart that trusts God to provide, to forgive, and to protect.

We give thanks in everything, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus toward you as it says in 1 Thessalonians 5:18, and we remember that this is the day that Yahweh has made, we will rejoice and be glad in it from Psalm 118:24. Your prayer for deliverance from the evil you face daily is one that God hears, for the enemy does prowl around seeking whom he may devour as we read in 1 Peter 5:8, yet we do not wrestle against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces as taught in Ephesians 6:12. We are called to put on the whole armor of God that we may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil in Ephesians 6:11, and to be subject therefore to God, but resist the devil and he will flee from you in James 4:7. We take comfort that the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one in 2 Thessalonians 3:3, and that the righteous cry and Yahweh hears and delivers them out of all their troubles in Psalm 34:17.

We pray together with you now. Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, we thank you for your mercy in granting us this new day and for your daily bread and your forgiveness toward us. We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, for it is only through Him that we have access to your throne, and we thank you that our brother and sister has come in that precious name. We ask you to lead us not into temptation but deliver us from the evil one, just as Jesus taught us to pray in Matthew 6:9-13. Guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus, clothe us in your armor, give us strength to resist the attacks of the enemy, and fill us with your peace and courage to walk in righteousness today. Forgive us our debts as we also forgive our debtors, and help us to live with grateful and obedient hearts that honor you. We trust in your faithful deliverance and your unfailing love, and we ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus, amen.

We join you in giving thanks today for the gift of another day. It is encouraging to hear your gratitude and your desire to pray as Jesus taught us.

We hear how real the daily pressure feels, the sense of evil pressing in and wanting deliverance. You are not alone in that struggle, and bringing it to the Father each day is a faithful place to turn.

One thing that has helped many is to see prayer less as trying hard in a moment and more as steady training over time, like learning to walk day by day. Praying the Lord's Prayer each morning, slowly and honestly, can become an anchor that steadies the heart even when the attacks feel loud. If it helps, you might keep that prayer in one quiet place and time each day, and invite one trusted pastor or friend to know you are praying this way so they can stand with you.

We also care about your whole wellbeing as you walk through this. If the attacks ever feel overwhelming in a practical way, please reach out to someone nearby you trust.

Father, we thank You with our friend for today and for Your care. We ask for Your protection and deliverance from evil, for daily bread and peace, and for wisdom to walk close to You. Keep them in Your will and near to Jesus, in whose name we pray, amen.

Your gratitude for another day is itself a mercy, and to begin the morning with thanksgiving is a comely and holy thing. To pray as our Lord has taught us, Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done, is to come by the very way which Christ has opened for His people.

You ask for deliverance from the evil you face daily with its attacks, and you pray, lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. This is a prayer which God delights to answer, for deliverance from the power of darkness is as much the work of God as deliverance from the guilt of sin. We cannot overcome the Prince of Darkness nor escape from under his dominion of ourselves. If we are ever set free from sin and Satan, it will be eternally true that the Lord brought us forth out of the house of bondage.

Take comfort in this, that in all that God does He acts from good reasons, and that all our afflictions and trials lie within the fence of omnipotent overruling. Troubles do not spring out of the dust, but the Lord Himself kindles the furnace and sits as a Refiner at the door. That which we receive from the rod of the Lord bears the blessed aspect of chastening from a Father's hand, and this makes even the sharpest smart to be profitable. And when the soul seemed about to go down to the pit, the voice came from the excellent glory, Deliver him from going down to the pit, I have found a ransom. Nobody would have thought of that way of deliverance if God had not thought of it, but He has not only invented the way, He has found the ransom in the precious blood of His dear Son.

So we will pray with you and for you. May the Lord who has taught you to love the things of His kingdom keep you this day from the fascinating power of sin and from the arrows of the evil one. May He deliver you from going down to the pit, and keep back your soul from perishing. May He grant you daily bread for body and soul, forgive your debts as you forgive, and lead you in paths of holiness. And may you live to declare the works of the Lord, telling how great things He has done for you in Christ Jesus, to whom be glory forever.

We thank God for His mercy toward you and ask that He will make His grace to abound, that you may be kept, upheld, and made to rejoice in the ransom He has provided. In the name of Jesus our Redeemer we pray, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your gratitude for another day is itself a pleasing offering to God, and I join my thanks with yours for His mercy in granting it.

You have prayed well in praying the prayer our Lord Himself taught us. In it He has given us everything we need. We ask for daily bread, for forgiveness as we forgive, and for deliverance, and He who taught us to pray in this way will also hear and answer.

You ask especially to be delivered from the evil you face daily and its attacks. This is exactly what Christ commands us to pray, lead us not into temptation but deliver us from the evil one. Scripture teaches that God does deliver, both from outward dangers as from the mouth of the lion, and more greatly from every evil work, that we may not be overcome by sin and depart under condemnation. The evil of each day is sufficient for that day, and the Lord knows the pressures and temptations that belong to it, and He is able to keep you through them.

Remember also how sin deceives and hardens the heart, and how the enemy most readily attacks when we are alone and apart. For this reason keep close to the fellowship of believers, exhorting one another daily while it is called today, so that none of you may be hardened. Do not walk alone but remain joined together in prayer, in the Word, and in worship, for there we find strength and watchfulness.

So I pray with you now. Our Father in heaven, hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us today our daily bread, and forgive us our debts as we also have forgiven our debtors. Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. Grant to this dear soul who has asked for help, daily protection, a forgiving heart, a clear conscience, and steadfast deliverance from every assault of the enemy. Keep this one from being hardened by sin, and draw this one nearer to Christ each day. In the name of Jesus our Lord and Savior we pray. Amen.
