We come before the Lord with this request, seeking His wisdom, provision, and guidance in every area of life. First, we acknowledge that all blessings and opportunities come from God, and we lift up this situation in the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which we can approach the Father (Acts 4:12). Without the name of Jesus, our prayers lack the authority and access to God’s throne of grace. We must always remember that salvation is found in no one else, for it is through faith in Jesus that we are saved (Ephesians 2:8-9).
Father, we pray for financial provision as this individual seeks grants for education through the FAFSA. Lord, You are the God who supplies all our needs according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). We ask that You open doors of opportunity and grant favor in the application process. If it is Your will, provide the resources needed to pursue this path as a meteorologist. However, we also recognize that Your plans for us are greater than our own, and we surrender this desire to Your perfect will (Jeremiah 29:11). Help this individual to trust in You for direction and provision, knowing that You hold their future.
We also lift up the desire to open a pet store and veterinary clinic. Lord, You have given us the ability to work and create, and we ask that You bless this endeavor if it aligns with Your purpose. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
