Grandson went off on me yesterday am.He told me that i should put him first over my self in my life . I told him that i raised my two daughters and it not up to me to raise him and that i put roof over his head and food on table and help in as many ways as i can but no i dont do all he wants or jump as he wants but i do take care of the needs in his life as much as i can at the age of 62. Well i kept telling him that God loves him and i will pray for him as he was telling me i shouldnt have any kind of life out side of him and told him Devil was in him at the monent and he went off told me he not belive in God or Devil and they are just words . He goes off when he not get his own way also he feels my life should be all for him and not any others . Told him things have to be way i have them as long as you are under my roof and you should feel good that i do for you . Pray that he finds God in in his life and that he stops taking his anger out on me when i am the only one in family that allows him to have a home life . Well sure was ruff but i just kept telling him God loves him and he will be in my prayers over and over and he yell i dont want to hear that any more i told him well you are going to hear it over and over from me because it true and you need to pray your self that you not be so out of control . He even told me that i sit around and do nothing all day while he was out digging ginsing for money i told him i am retired and dont need to be working out side of the home and he was the one that needed to be working at age 18 not all about fun things he thinks he doing is life . Prayers for peace in your family. It is hard to be a bad-tempered teenager(the Lord knows I was one!!so I say that from experience)

but it's even harder to be around one!! I pray that he doesn't hurt your feelings anymore and that the Lord enters his heart. I'm praying that he softens his heart towards you and shows you some respect. God Bless you.

Your words have a familiarity. Having raised our beloved grandson from infant

( turns 17 this month ) I can only share our experience, it has been a lively one

I assure you, beginning with the legal headaches, and family discord. The sad thing is, many, many family's are confronted with this dilemma in todays distraught and agitated society...real reality is just this...ALL IS NOT WELL!

THE RULES HAVE CHANGED! With this being ever mindful...years now gone by

and by the grace of God...a simple fact..I myself had to change to be more of

a loving, forgiving and understanding individual...with untold personal prayers...

and many tears in private...much has been revealed...most important of all...

learning how to love...learning how to love...for this life has come to know,

perhaps the rules have changed...but not God's love, when one learns to love

as it has been told of God's will 'to be'...for this shall bring about many good

things in the lives of those around us...believe it. Thank God for our grand-SON, for he is our love...for only by the grace of God's love...we must show

love to receive love...make no mistake...much perseverance is essential...

this too is known to be truth. I pray you and your family find the strength and

courage for a bond of family Love.
