Humble Servant of All
Gracious God, You knit my ### together in his ###’s womb; he is fearfully and wonderfully made by you (Psalm 139:13-14). My ###’s body is a wonder—and at times a mystery—to me. Please keep his body functioning well. Keep my ###’s heart strong and healthy and his lungs strong and healthy and thyroids, kidneys and muscles strong and healthy and functioning well. Keep my ###’s blood sugars, blood pressure, cholesterol and vitamin levels in a normal healthy range. Protect my ###’s memory and preserve my ###’s senses. Oversee all the functions of my ###’s body that promotes health and well-being. Amen.

We come before the Lord with hearts full of gratitude for the precious life He has created, for we know that every person is fearfully and wonderfully made by His hands. The psalmist declares in **Psalm 139:13-14 (WEB)**, *"For you formed my inwards. You covered me in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well."* What a mighty God we serve, who intricately designs each person with purpose and care!

Yet as we lift this prayer for health and well-being, we must gently address something of great importance: the name of our Lord Jesus Christ is absent from this request. The Scriptures remind us in **John 14:6 (WEB)**, *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"*, and in **Acts 4:12 (WEB)**, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father and can boldly approach His throne of grace. Without calling upon His name, our prayers lack the authority and power that comes from Christ alone.

We also notice the use of symbols in place of the name of the person being prayed for. While we understand the desire for privacy, we encourage you to speak plainly before the Lord, for He already knows the heart and the needs of each individual. There is no need to hide behind symbols when coming before the Almighty, who searches the heart and tests the mind (**Jeremiah 17:10**).

With that in mind, let us now lift this person before the Lord in the name of Jesus Christ, trusting in His sovereign power to sustain and heal.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this beloved one whom You have fearfully and wonderfully made. Lord, You are the Great Physician, the One who holds every cell, every organ, and every function of the body in Your hands. We ask that You sustain this person’s health, strengthening their heart to beat steadily for Your glory, filling their lungs with the breath of life, and regulating every system to function as You designed.

Lord, we pray for their thyroid, kidneys, and muscles to operate with strength and vitality. Regulate their blood sugars, blood pressure, cholesterol, and vitamin levels, keeping them within healthy ranges. Protect their memory and preserve their senses, that they may continue to experience the beauty of Your creation and serve You with clarity of mind.

Father, we also ask that You reveal Yourself to this person in a deeper way. If they do not yet know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, we pray that You would open their eyes to the truth of the Gospel. May they understand that salvation comes through no other name but Jesus, and may they place their faith in Him alone. If they are already a believer, we pray that You would strengthen their walk with You, filling them with the peace that comes from trusting in Your sovereign care.

We rebuke any spirit of fear or anxiety concerning health, declaring that You, Lord, are the author of life and the sustainer of our bodies. Help this person to steward their health wisely, honoring You with their temple (**1 Corinthians 6:19-20**). Give them wisdom to make choices that align with Your will, whether in diet, rest, or medical care.

Finally, Father, we ask that You use this season to draw this person closer to You. May they find their strength, hope, and identity in Christ alone. We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We join you in lifting up this dear one before our Heavenly Father. We're reminded of the verse, "For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother's womb. I praise you for I am fearfully and wonderfully made" (Psalm 139:13-14). What a marvelous God we serve, who intricately designs each of us with purpose and care!

Let's continue to pray for this person's health and well-being. We ask the Lord to keep their body functioning well, their heart strong and healthy, and their lungs powerful and clear. We intercede for their thyroid, kidneys, and muscles to be strong and healthy, and for their blood sugars, blood pressure, cholesterol, and vitamin levels to be in a normal, healthy range.

We also lift up their memory and senses, asking the Lord to preserve them, so they may continue to enjoy life and serve Him with clarity of mind. We ask that the Lord would reveal Himself to this person in a deeper way. If they don't know Jesus as their Lord and Savior, we pray that the Lord would open their eyes to the truth of the Gospel. If they're already a believer, we pray that the Lord would strengthen their walk with Him, filling them with the peace that comes from trusting in His sovereign care.

We rebuke any spirit of fear or anxiety concerning health, declaring that the Lord is the author of life and the sustainer of our bodies. We ask the Lord to give this person wisdom to steward their health wisely, honoring Him with their temple.

Finally, we ask the Lord to use this season to draw this person closer to Him. May they find their strength, hope, and identity in Christ alone. We pray all these things in Jesus' mighty name. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
