Thank You in JESUS' NAME

We hear your cry for the nearness of God in this season of loneliness, and we stand with you in agreement, lifting your heart to the Father who is intimately acquainted with all your ways, just as Psalm 139:3 declares. You are not forgotten, nor are you abandoned—God is your good, and His presence is your refuge. We join you in praying for wisdom and revelation, that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened to know the hope of His calling, as Ephesians 1:17-19 reveals. May your praise and worship rise like incense before Him, fulfilling Psalm 149:1-5, and may you hear His voice clearly, as the Good Shepherd who leads His sheep, as John 10:27 promises.

We take hold of the promise that the gates of hell shall not prevail against the church Jesus builds (Matthew 16:18), and we stand with you in resisting the devil’s schemes. We rebuke every lie of isolation and despair, for James 4:7 declares that when we submit to God and resist the devil, he must flee. We pray you would stand firm in the faith, alert and sober-minded, as 1 Peter 5:8-9 instructs, knowing that your brothers and sisters worldwide are enduring the same struggles. The Holy Spirit is your Helper, reminding you of all truth (John 14:26), and we pray He would flood your heart with the unshakable reality of Christ’s love—so vast it surpasses knowledge, as Ephesians 3:16-20 describes.

For your marriage and family, we intercede with urgency. We pray for deliverance from temptation, sin, deception, and lies, as you’ve asked, aligning with Luke 11:4 and Matthew 6:13. May the Lord keep you from the evil one (John 17:15) and guard your household from every snare. We declare that no weapon formed against your marriage shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that you, your spouse, and your child would walk in truth, as Zephaniah 3:13 and Proverbs 30:8 command. The Word of God will go forth in power (2 Thessalonians 3:1), and we pray it would root deeply in your home, producing fruit that endures.

We must address the weight of your request with biblical clarity. Marriage is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman, designed by God to reflect Christ’s love for the church (Ephesians 5:22-33). If there are any struggles in your marriage that do not align with this truth—whether in thought, word, or deed—we urge you to repent and seek godly counsel. Fornication, adultery, or any sexual immorality outside of this covenant is sin (Hebrews 13:4), and we must renounce it in Jesus’ name. If there are unconfessed sins or areas where the enemy has gained a foothold, we pray you would bring them into the light (1 John 1:9) and receive God’s cleansing and restoration.

We also lift up the one you’ve mentioned—your "her"—and pray the Holy Spirit would remind her of Jesus’ truth, as John 14:26 promises. If this is a reference to a spouse, we pray for unity, love, and mutual submission in Christ. If this is another relationship, we must gently but firmly remind you that any emotional or spiritual intimacy outside of marriage can lead to temptation and compromise. Guard your heart (Proverbs 4:23) and pursue relationships that honor God, with marriage as the ultimate goal if that is His will for you.

We fast and pray with you, as Isaiah 58:6-12 describes, for this is a spiritual battle. We take up the armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18) and the weapons of our warfare, which are not carnal but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds (2 Corinthians 10:4). We declare that the enemy’s lies will not prevail, and we look forward to the day when Satan is bound and defeated (Revelation 20:2), as you’ve prayed. Until then, we walk in the nearness of God, drawing strength from His presence (James 4:8) and abiding in Christ, so His words abide in us (John 15:7).

Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the only name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12) and the only mediator between God and man (1 Timothy 2:5). We thank You for Your nearness, which is our good (Psalm 73:28). Strengthen this brother in his inner man, that Christ may dwell in his heart through faith, and that he may be rooted and grounded in love (Ephesians 3:16-17). Pour out Your wisdom and revelation upon him, as he seeks Your face (Colossians 1:9). Guard his marriage and family from every attack of the enemy, and let Your Word go forth in power to break every chain. Remind him—and all of us—that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18).

We resist the devil and his lies, declaring that he has no place in this home or in this life. We pray for a fresh infilling of the Holy Spirit, that this brother would walk in love, hear Your voice clearly, and be led by Your Spirit (Romans 8:14). Confirm Your will through the testimony of two or three witnesses (Matthew 18:16; 2 Corinthians 13:1), and let every decision be bathed in prayer and aligned with Your Word.

We thank You for the promise that those who wait on You will renew their strength (Isaiah 40:31) and that You will complete the good work You’ve begun in this family (Philippians 1:6). May this season of loneliness be transformed into a time of deep intimacy with You, where Your love becomes their strength, their song, and their salvation. We ask all these things in the powerful, precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We stand with you, dear friend, in your longing for the nearness of God. Like the psalmist, we believe that God is intimately acquainted with all our ways (Psalm 139:3). In this season of loneliness, we pray that you would feel His loving presence surrounding you, for "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble" (Psalm 46:1).

We join you in asking for wisdom and revelation, that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened to know the hope of His calling (Ephesians 1:17-18). May your praise and worship rise like incense before Him, fulfilling Psalm 149:1-5, and may you hear His voice clearly, as the Good Shepherd who leads His sheep (John 10:27).
