Thank You in JESUS' NAME

Lord, we thank you that you for the blessings that you have given us. Help us to honor you in every part of our lives. We place this request at your throne. Please hear and reply according to your perfect will and timing. Grant us the peace to know that you are in control. In Jesus Name. Amen.

We are struck by the weight of aloneness in your words, and we want you to know you are not unheard. Many of us have felt that same ache, and we are grateful you reached out for prayer. Your longing for God’s nearness, so vividly poured out through those Scriptures, tells us you are already clinging to the One who promises to draw near to the brokenhearted.

When loneliness presses in, worship has a quiet, steadying power. It sets us among the people of God, even if only in spirit, and reminds us we belong to something far larger than our own small, solitary moment. A woman in our congregation once came to us feeling utterly alone and we simply said, “Just keep coming.” Over time, as she kept showing up, in worship, in fellowship, in the ordinary rhythm of hymns and prayers, the isolation lifted enough that she began reaching out to others. That simple act of showing up, again and again, can be a quiet act of faith when everything in you wants to retreat.

We also want to honor the specific burdens you carry for your family and your church. You have asked for the prayers of the church that Jesus builds, and we join you right now in that same Spirit, resisting the enemy’s lies and standing together in our shared weakness, trusting Christ to hold us firm.

Lord Jesus, in our aloneness You are the ever-present friend who never leaves. Wrap this dear brother or sister in the tangible comfort of Your nearness, let it be their good, just as they have prayed. Grant them wisdom and revelation to see Your hand in this season. Guard their spouse, their child, and their own heart from the evil one. Remind them of Your truth when lies whisper, and give them grace to worship even when words fail. Keep their faith from failing, and use their story to strengthen many. We ask this in Your mighty name, Jesus. Amen.

You cry out for nearness to God, and that is a holy cry. But remember, the nearness you long for is not a thing to be attained by your own striving; it is already purchased for you by the blood of Christ. You who are in Him are brought near, not by fasting, not by prayer, not by wrestling, but by the cross. Yet these means of grace are the pathway of communion, for the Spirit draws near to those who draw near to Him in truth. Do not imagine that your loneliness is a sign of God’s absence. The soul that is most alone with God is often nearest to His heart. Declare your ways before Him, as the Psalmist did, and He will hear you. He knows every step you take, every sigh you utter. Do not think you must climb some high mountain of holiness to be heard; you are heard already in the Beloved. Christ is your access, and in Him you stand before the throne with boldness.

You speak of the enemy’s lies and the gates of hell. What are they against the God who performs all things for you? The devil roars, but he is a chained foe. The battle is not yours, but God’s. Put on the whole armor, yes, but know that the victory is won. Resist the devil steadfast in the faith, and he will flee. But do not make the error of measuring your safety by your feelings. The man who has God with him is safe, though a host encamp against him. God is with you, think what that means! The infinite, eternal, unchanging Jehovah is your portion. If He is for you, who can be against you? Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. The Lord of Hosts is your defense.

You ask for wisdom, revelation, and to know the dimensions of Christ’s love. This is a prayer God delights to answer. He gives liberally to those who ask in faith. But faith is the key that opens every door. Without faith, you cannot please Him; with faith, you move the arm that moves the world. Do not look within for signs and tokens; look to Christ alone. He is your righteousness, your sanctification, your all. The Spirit will remind you of His truth, and lead you into all truth. He will teach you to distinguish the Shepherd’s voice from the voice of a stranger. Wait upon Him in the Word, and you shall hear.

You pray for your spouse and child. The Lord is a wall of fire round about them. Commit them to Him who never slumbers. Do not carry burdens that belong to the Almighty. He who spared not His own Son will surely with Him freely give you all things. Pray without ceasing, but let your prayers be seasoned with trust. The God who has justified you shall surely also preserve you and yours unto the end.

Do not fear the future, nor the roaring of the lion. The nearer you live to God, the smaller all else will appear. Lose yourself in the depths of His love, and you will find a peace that passes understanding. God is not far from you; in Him you live and move and have your being. He who has begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Christ. Cast your anchor there, and let the storms rage as they will, you are held by One who cannot fail.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The nearness of God is your good indeed, and He draws near to those who draw near to Him. But understand this: the wisdom you seek is not of this world, for the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. The world counts the cross as folly, yet it is the very power and wisdom of God, hidden before the ages for our glory. So if you would be wise, become a fool. Put off the wisdom that puffs up, and embrace the humility of Christ, who descended into the lower parts of the earth and took captive the devil, death, and sin. He has delivered you from the lion’s mouth, and He will deliver you from every evil work. Let no one deceive you with empty words; the craft of the devil is to draw your eyes down to earth, to fill you with alarms so that you forget the heavenly beauty. But if God be for you, who can be against you? Not the schemes of the enemy, not loneliness, not even the gates of hell. For the Lord who spared not His own Son but gave Him up for you, how will He not also with Him freely give you all things?

Therefore, fast and pray, not as begging from a distant God, but as one already brought near by the blood of Christ. Resist the devil, firm in the faith, and he will flee. Stand with the Church that Jesus builds, and the very plots of the evil one will become the procurers of your crown. Your faith shall not fail; and when you have turned again, strengthen your brethren. As for your spouse and child, cast their care upon Him who is intimately acquainted with all your ways. The Spirit will remind you of all truth, and the Word will go forth and keep you from the evil one. Do not lose heart. The serpent shall be choked with a great chain; you will see it with the righteous. Now lift up your eyes to heaven, and let your prayer be full of thanksgiving, for His wisdom is your strength, and in His nearness is your good.

Your desire for the nearness of God to be your true good is a cry He will never ignore. The loneliness you feel right now is real, but the presence of the Lord is the sure answer to every fear. When the shadows deepen and you walk through a valley that seems dark, the consciousness that He is with you drives out dread. God made us for fellowship with Himself, and through Jesus Christ that fellowship has been fully restored. By the Spirit, you are no longer a stranger; you have been adopted as a child and made a joint heir with Christ. The Spirit Himself bears witness with your spirit that this is true, so you can rest in an unshakable assurance.

You ask for grace to hear and obey the voice of God. That longing is a mark of His work in you. The Lord still speaks to His people, not always in thunder or fire, but most clearly through His Word and by the quiet prompting of the Spirit within. As you search the Scriptures with an open heart, you are carrying precious seed that will not return empty. It will accomplish exactly what God intends, and it will prosper in the very places you are trusting Him for. The same Spirit who brings all truth to remembrance will remind you and your loved ones of the words of Jesus at the right moment. So saturate your mind with what He has already spoken, and you will grow in recognizing His direction.

This battle you are engaged in, standing against the schemes of the enemy and the lies of the accuser, is not fought with your own strength. When you feel small before your problems, lift your eyes and ascribe to the Lord the glory and strength due His name. Begin to see your situation in the light of His limitless power rather than through the lens of your own weakness. The God who brought Israel out of Egypt with a mighty hand and an outstretched arm is the very same God who fights for you now. His presence is your shield. The gates of hell cannot stand against the church that Jesus is building, and as you join with others in prayer, you are part of that unshakable advance.

Fasting and prayer are gifts of grace that draw you into deeper consecration and communion. In ancient times, altars of earth were acceptable to God because true worship is simple and natural, flowing from a heart that is set apart for Him alone. Do not think you must manufacture elaborate devotion; the Father searches the heart and honors the sincere cry for intimacy. As you set yourself apart, you are simply making room for the Spirit to fill every part of your life. This is not about proving your worth through self-denial but about positioning yourself to receive the dimensions of Christ’s love that surpass head knowledge so that you are rooted and grounded in Him.

Carry your spouse and your youngster before the Lord with confidence, because the covenant faithfulness of God reaches households. He is merciful and full of compassion; He hears the voice of your cry just as He heard the afflictions of His people long ago. Entrust them to the God whose Word goes forth to keep from evil and to expose the deception of the serpent. The day will come when every enemy is bound and you will see the full victory, but even now you press forward knowing that greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world.

Keep praying and do not lose heart. The new covenant that secures you is not built on your own ability to keep every command perfectly. It rests entirely on the finished work of Christ and the unbreakable promise of a faithful God. Because of that, when you stumble, you are not cast off. When you feel fragile, His strength is perfected in weakness. The Father’s voice over you is not the harsh tone of an arresting officer but the heartbroken love of a parent who runs to meet a returning child. Let that love compel you to press in. You are not alone, and you will not be overcome.

We are so grateful you entrusted us with your heartfelt request, standing with you in fervent prayer as you sought the nearness of God as your greatest good. These past days, we have continued to lift you, your spouse, and your child before the throne of grace, asking the Lord to draw near to you in ways that only He can.

We prayed for the grace to fast and pray according to Isaiah 58, that your spiritual discipline would break every yoke and release rivers of righteousness. We stood in agreement with you that the gates of hell would not prevail against the church Jesus is building, and we resisted the enemy’s lies alongside you, declaring that he must flee as you stood firm in faith. We asked the Holy Spirit to remind you both of the truth of Christ’s love and to fill you with wisdom, revelation, and intimacy with the Father.

We also prayed for your protection—from temptation, sin, deception, and every evil work—asking the Lord to keep you as the word of God goes forth in power. We lifted your marriage and family, asking for strength to walk in love and for the faith of neither you nor your spouse to fail, trusting that afterward, you would be able to strengthen others. We petitioned the Lord to reveal the vast dimensions of Christ’s love to you, that you would be rooted and grounded in it, empowered to comprehend its breadth, length, height, and depth.

If the Lord has answered any part of this prayer—if you’ve experienced His nearness, His wisdom, or His protection—we would be overjoyed to hear a praise report. Let us rejoice with you in how He has moved! If, however, the battle still rages and you need continued prayer, we invite you to post again. We are committed to standing with you, interceding, and warring in the Spirit until every promise is fulfilled.

May the Lord bless you abundantly as you continue to seek Him. May He grant you fresh grace, deeper intimacy, and unwavering faith as you press into His presence. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus.
