Beloved Servant
🙌 Father, thank You Jesus suffered in all areas as we do, yet without sin, and is a merciful High-Priest who can sympathize with us, Heb 4:15. Give us grace to draw near with CONFIDENCE to the Throne of grace to receive mercy and find GRACE for HELP in time of NEED, Heb 4:16. I am suffering, God of all comfort, comfort me in my affliction, 2 Cor 1:3. I believe it is necessary for future glory for You -- I need more endurance and control over my spirit and am being taught a lesson I am unable at present to bear, 2 Cor 1:8, that I might not trust myself but You who raise the dead, 2 Cor 1:9. Please give Your angels charge over me, the one who committed to me in solemn matrimonial ceremony officially before You and others, to myself again, since matrimonial co-covenanter is probably dating already or has never stopped, who knows, pictures don't lie and silence speaks volumes, to our pastors and all of you our prayer partners (including all their and your families and church mates), Ps 91:9, Ps 91:10, Ps 91:11, Ps 91:12, Ps 91:13, Ps 91:14, Ps 91:15, Ps 91:16. Sanctify us in the Truth, Your Word is Truth, John 17:17. May we clearly hear Your voice, John 10:27, being constantly LED by The Holy Spirit (since we received Jesus and He gave the right to be called Children of God, Jn 1:12), as many as are LED by the Holy Spirit they are the Children of God, Rom 8:14, and MOSTLY obeying Your Scripture and HEARING Your voice, even if it's difficult or costs us something, Gen 22:16-18; 2 Sam 24:24. Keep us all from all sin, Zeph 3:13, temptation, evil, evil people and the evil one, Luke 11:4, Matt 6:13, 2 Thes 3:2-3, John 17:15 -- keep deception and lies far from us, Prov 30:8. Again, allow trials to draw me (and our readers, prayer and financial partners, families, friends, enemies, children and estranged wives or loved ones) CLOSE to You in prayer, James 5:13 and trials, Acts 16:25. Help us read, memorize and apply The Bible, Ps 119:11, with understanding, Lk 24:45, and application, James 1:21-22. Help me worship like Paul and Silas in the Philippian jail, Acts 16:25. Help us fast the fast You have chosen, to loose bondages, set the oppressed free and restore righteous dwellings and covenantal relationships, Isa 58:6-12, and be of greater glory for Your Eternal Kingdom both NOW and in the AGE to COME, Eph 1:21, 2 Cor 1:22. Thank You in Jesus' Name.

We hear your cry, dear brother, and we stand with you in this season of deep trial and heartache. Your words reveal a soul that is wrestling with pain, yet still clinging to the promises of God with a faith that refuses to let go. We see the weight of betrayal pressing upon you—this sacred covenant of marriage, made before God and witnesses, now fractured by the actions of one who vowed to cherish and honor you. The silence, the images, the uncertainty—these are wounds that cut deep, and we do not dismiss them lightly. But we also see your hunger for God’s presence, your desire to draw near to Him even in the fire, and for that, we give thanks.

First, we must address the matter of your spouse’s actions with clarity and truth. Scripture is unmistakable: marriage is a holy covenant, a reflection of Christ’s love for His church (Ephesians 5:22-33). When one partner strays—whether through emotional unfaithfulness, physical infidelity, or the hardness of heart that leads to abandonment—the pain is profound. Yet we are called to respond not in bitterness, but in a manner that honors God. If your spouse is indeed pursuing another or has never repented of past sins, this is a violation of the marriage bed (Hebrews 13:4) and a grievous breach of trust. We rebuke the spirit of unfaithfulness and deception that seeks to destroy what God has joined together. We pray that if there is any hardness of heart, it would be broken, and if there is sin, it would be confessed and forsaken.

But we also speak to your heart, brother. The pain you feel is real, and the temptation to despair or to retaliate in kind is strong. Yet we urge you: do not let bitterness take root (Hebrews 12:15). Do not allow the actions of another to define your walk with God. You are not powerless. You are a child of the Most High, and your identity is not found in the faithfulness of your spouse, but in the faithfulness of Christ. The Lord sees your tears (Psalm 56:8), and He collects them in His bottle. He is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18), and He will not abandon you.

You have rightly turned to the throne of grace, where our High Priest—Jesus Christ—intercedes for you. He knows your suffering, for He Himself was betrayed, abandoned, and despised (Isaiah 53:3). Yet He did not sin. He did not return evil for evil. Instead, He entrusted Himself to the Father (1 Peter 2:23). This is your model. This is your calling. We pray that you would draw near to Him with confidence, not in your own strength, but in the merit of Christ, who has made a way for you to approach the Father (Hebrews 4:16). Let His grace be your strength in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). Let His comfort be your peace in the storm (2 Corinthians 1:3-4).

We also lift up your marriage before the Lord. The covenant you entered into is not easily broken, and we pray for restoration—if it is God’s will. But restoration must be rooted in repentance, truth, and a return to God’s design for marriage. If your spouse has hardened their heart, we pray for a spirit of conviction to fall upon them (John 16:8). If there is deception, we pray for the scales to fall from their eyes (Acts 9:18). If there is unfaithfulness, we pray for a godly sorrow that leads to repentance (2 Corinthians 7:10). And if reconciliation is not possible, we pray that God would grant you wisdom to navigate this season with integrity, trusting Him to be your defender and provider (Psalm 68:5).

You have asked for endurance and control over your spirit, and we join you in this prayer. The trials you face are not without purpose. God is using them to refine you, to teach you to rely not on yourself, but on Him (2 Corinthians 1:9). The lesson you cannot bear now is being prepared for you, and the God who raises the dead is able to sustain you (2 Corinthians 1:10). We pray that you would not grow weary in doing good (Galatians 6:9), even when the path is difficult. Let your suffering produce perseverance, and perseverance, character, and character, hope (Romans 5:3-4). This is the promise of God, and it will not fail.

We also pray for protection over you and your household. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but we declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We stand on the promises of Psalm 91, which you have so beautifully invoked. May the Lord command His angels concerning you, to guard you in all your ways (Psalm 91:11). May He deliver you from the snare of the fowler and the deadly pestilence (Psalm 91:3). May He cover you with His feathers and under His wings find refuge (Psalm 91:4). We rebuke every spirit of division, strife, and unfaithfulness that seeks to destroy your marriage and your faith. We declare that you are hidden in Christ, and no evil shall befall you (Psalm 91:10).

Brother, we also encourage you to fast and pray as you have asked. The fast God has chosen is one that breaks the chains of injustice, sets the oppressed free, and restores what has been broken (Isaiah 58:6-7). This is your fast—to loose the bonds of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free. We pray that as you seek the Lord in this way, He would bring healing to your marriage, restoration to your home, and glory to His name. May your fasting be a fragrant offering before the Lord, and may He answer you in the day of trouble (Psalm 20:1).

We also lift up your desire to worship in the midst of suffering. Like Paul and Silas in the Philippian jail, may your chains be loosed as you praise the Lord (Acts 16:25-26). May your worship be a testimony to the power of God, even in the darkest places. Let your heart be a temple where the Holy Spirit dwells, and may your life reflect the glory of Christ, no matter the circumstances.

Finally, we pray for your sanctification in the truth. The Word of God is your sword and your shield (Ephesians 6:17). Hide it in your heart, that you might not sin against Him (Psalm 119:11). Let it be a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105). May you hear the voice of the Good Shepherd clearly (John 10:27), and may you follow Him wherever He leads, even when the path is difficult. Let your life be a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God (Romans 12:1).

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name, the name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12), the name by which we approach the throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16). There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, and it is only by His blood that we are redeemed. We declare that He is your strength, your shield, and your very great reward (Genesis 15:1). May His peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and your mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, yet with faith that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). We lift up our brother who is suffering, who feels the weight of betrayal and the pain of a broken covenant. Lord, You see his tears, You hear his cries, and You collect every one of them. We ask that You would draw near to him, that he would feel Your presence in a tangible way. Comfort him with Your love, and remind him that You are close to the brokenhearted.

Father, we pray for his marriage. If there is unfaithfulness, we ask that You would bring conviction and repentance. If there is hardness of heart, we ask that You would soften it. If there is deception, we ask that You would expose it. Lord, we know that nothing is impossible for You (Luke 1:37). We pray for restoration—if it is Your will—but we also pray for wisdom and discernment for our brother. Give him the strength to wait on You, to trust in Your timing, and to walk in integrity, no matter the outcome.

We rebuke every spirit of unfaithfulness, division, and strife that seeks to destroy this marriage. We declare that what God has joined together, no man shall separate (Matthew 19:6). We pray for protection over this covenant, and we ask that You would send Your angels to guard and keep them (Psalm 91:11). Lord, we also pray for our brother’s spouse. If they are lost, draw them to Yourself. If they are wandering, bring them back. If they are hardened, soften their heart. Let Your love be a fire that melts away every resistance.

Father, we pray for endurance for our brother. The trials he faces are not without purpose. Use them to refine him, to teach him, and to draw him closer to You. Let this season produce perseverance, character, and hope (Romans 5:3-4). Remind him that You are the God who raises the dead, and that nothing is too hard for You (Jeremiah 32:17). Strengthen him in his inner man, that he may not grow weary in doing good (Galatians 6:9).

We also pray for his spirit. Guard his heart from bitterness, anger, and resentment. Let him not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good (Romans 12:21). Teach him to love as You love, to forgive as You forgive, and to walk in humility and grace. May his life be a testimony to Your power, even in the midst of suffering.

Lord, we pray for his worship. Let it be pure and undefiled, a sweet-smelling sacrifice to You. May his praise break chains, open prison doors, and bring glory to Your name (Acts 16:25-26). Let his life be a living worship, holy and acceptable to You (Romans 12:1).

Finally, Father, we pray for his sanctification. Sanctify him in Your truth; Your Word is truth (John 17:17). Let Your Word be a lamp to his feet and a light to his path (Psalm 119:105). May he hear Your voice clearly and follow You wherever You lead (John 10:27). Keep him from all sin and temptation, and let him walk in the fullness of Your Spirit (Galatians 5:16).

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
