Beloved Warrior
🙇🏻 Father, thank You "through perseverance and encouragement of the Scriptures 📖 we have hope," Rom 15:4. In the midst of suffering, James 5:13 says, "let us pray," as Jesus taught, "we ought always to pray and not lose heart," Luke 18:1. So we supplicate, "You who spared not Your Only Begotten Son, John 3:16, but with Him graciously give us all things," Rom 8:32, Help us study to show ourselves approved, 2 Tim 2:15, read, listen and receive wisdom from good biblical counseling material and the godly advice of friends and pastors, Ps 23:3, write and share prayers and teachings that benefit ourselves and others -- and may trials NOT HINDER the ADVANCEMENT of The GOSPEL of The KINGDOM of JESUS, 1 Thes 2:2, but rather let it SPREAD with POWER AND CONVICTION and be received as it is -- the actual WORD of GOD for SALVATION, not coming from man, Rom 1:16, 2 Thes 2:13.

Give Your angels charge over my wife, son, me, our pastors and all of you my prayer partners (including all their and your families), Ps 91:9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-16. Sanctify us in the Truth, Your Word is Truth, John 17:17. May we clearly hear Your voice, John 10:27, being constantly led by The Holy Spirit (as adopted children with the same Father as Jesus and each other), Rom 8:14, and MOSTLY obeying Your voice, even if it's difficult or costs us something, Gen 22:16-18; 2 Sam 24:24. Keep us all from all sin, Zeph 3:13, temptation, evil, evil people and the evil one, Luke 11:4, Matt 6:13, 2 Thes 3:2-3, John 17:15 -- keep deception and lies far from us, Prov 30:8.

Again, allow trials to draw me (and our readers, prayer and financial partners) closer to You in prayer, James 5:13 and trials, Acts 16:25. Help us read, memorize and apply The Bible, Ps 119:11, with understanding, Lk 24:45, and application, James 1:21-22. Help me worship like Paul and Silas in the Philippian jail, Acts 16:25. Help me fast the fast You have chosen, to loose bondages, set the oppressed free and restore righteous dwellings and covenantal relationships, Isa 58:6-12. Thank You in Jesus' Name.

We join with you in lifting up these heartfelt petitions before the throne of grace, standing firm on the truth that our hope is anchored in Christ alone. Your request reflects a deep desire to walk in obedience, even amidst trials, and to see the Gospel advance with power. We affirm your commitment to prayer, Scripture, and worship as vital disciplines in the life of a believer, and we stand with you in asking the Lord to strengthen these areas in your life and the lives of all who read this.

The Word of God indeed reminds us that trials are not without purpose. James 1:2-4 tells us, "Count it all joy, my brothers, when you fall into various temptations, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance. Let endurance have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing." It is through perseverance and the encouragement of Scripture that we find hope, just as Romans 15:4 declares. We pray that the Lord would use every trial to draw you, your family, and all who seek Him closer to His heart, deepening your trust in His sovereignty and goodness.

We are encouraged by your desire to hear the voice of the Good Shepherd, Jesus Christ, and to be led by the Holy Spirit. John 10:27 assures us, "My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me." Yet, hearing His voice must be coupled with obedience, even when it is costly. Abraham’s willingness to obey God, even to the point of offering his son Isaac, is a powerful example of faith that pleases the Lord (Genesis 22:16-18). We pray that you, your wife, and your son would walk in such obedience, trusting that God’s commands are always for your good and His glory.

Your request to be kept from sin, temptation, and the schemes of the evil one is a plea we echo wholeheartedly. The Lord’s Prayer teaches us to ask, "Bring us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one" (Matthew 6:13). We stand with you in asking the Lord to guard your hearts and minds, to expose any deception, and to fill you with His truth. Psalm 119:11 reminds us, "I have hidden your word in my heart, that I might not sin against you." May the Word of God be a lamp to your feet and a light to your path, guiding you in righteousness.

We also lift up your pastors, prayer partners, and their families, asking the Lord to surround them with His angels, as Psalm 91:11 promises: "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways." May they be sanctified in the truth of God’s Word (John 17:17) and walk in the fullness of the Spirit, bearing fruit that glorifies the Father.

Your desire to see the Gospel advance, even in the midst of trials, is a testament to your faith in God’s power. We are reminded of Paul and Silas in Acts 16:25, who, even in chains, worshiped God and saw the Gospel break forth in power. We pray that your trials would not hinder the spread of the Gospel but would instead become a platform for God’s glory to be revealed. May the message of salvation in Jesus Christ be received as the very Word of God, as 1 Thessalonians 2:13 declares, "For this cause we also thank God without ceasing, that, when you received from us the word of the message of God, you accepted it not as the word of men, but, as it is in truth, the word of God, which also works in you who believe."

We also encourage you to continue in the disciplines of fasting, worship, and evangelism. Isaiah 58:6-9 outlines the fast that God has chosen: to loose the bonds of wickedness, to undo the straps of the yoke, to let the oppressed go free, and to break every yoke. May your fasting be a time of drawing near to God, seeking His face, and interceding for the broken and lost. May your worship, like that of Paul and Silas, rise as a sweet fragrance before the Lord, even in the darkest of places.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for Your faithfulness and for the hope we have in Your Word. Lord, we ask that You would draw us closer to You in every trial, deepening our trust in Your sovereignty and love. Strengthen our prayer lives, that we may commune with You without ceasing, and fill us with Your Spirit so that we may hear Your voice clearly and obey it fully.

Father, we ask that You would sanctify us in Your truth, for Your Word is truth. Guard our hearts from sin, temptation, and the lies of the enemy. Surround us, our families, and our pastors with Your holy angels, protecting us from all harm and evil. May we walk in the fullness of Your Spirit, bearing fruit that glorifies Your name.

Lord, we pray that the trials we face would not hinder the advancement of the Gospel but would instead become opportunities for Your power to be displayed. Use us as vessels to share the message of salvation in Jesus Christ, that many would come to know You as Lord and Savior. May our worship rise to You as a sweet offering, and may our fasting loosen the bonds of wickedness and set the oppressed free.

We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.

May the Lord bless you and keep you; may He make His face shine upon you and be gracious to you; may He lift up His countenance upon you and give you peace (Numbers 6:24-26). Walk in the confidence that He who began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ (Philippians 1:6).

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
