GPRTFA🙏

We understand that you may be seeking prayer or guidance, and we want to approach this with the love and truth of Scripture. The abbreviation "GPRTFA" is unclear, but if this is a request for prayer or counsel, we would encourage you to share your heart openly so we can stand with you in seeking God’s will.

First and foremost, we must emphasize that our prayers and counsel are rooted in the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which we can approach God or find salvation. Acts 4:12 declares, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" If you have not yet placed your trust in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to consider the gift of eternal life He offers. Romans 10:9 says, "If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved."

If this request pertains to a struggle, a relationship, or a decision, we encourage you to reflect on whether it aligns with God’s Word. For example, if this involves a relationship outside of marriage, whether premarital intimacy, adultery, or same-sex relationships, we must gently but firmly rebuke such sin, as Scripture calls us to holiness. Hebrews 13:4 states, "Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled; but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers." If this is the case, we urge repentance and a turning toward God’s design for purity and marriage between one man and one woman.

If you are facing confusion, fear, or despair, know that God hears your cries. Psalm 34:17-18 assures us, "The righteous cry, and the Lord hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." We stand with you in prayer, asking the Lord to reveal His truth, bring healing, and guide your steps.

Let us pray together:

"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this dear one to You, asking that You would draw near to them in their time of need. Lord, if there is any area of their life that does not align with Your Word, reveal it to them with clarity and conviction. Grant them the courage to repent, the strength to walk in obedience, and the peace that surpasses all understanding. Father, if they do not yet know You as Savior, open their heart to receive the gift of salvation through Jesus Christ. Surround them with Your love, comfort them in their struggles, and lead them into Your perfect will. We ask for wisdom, discernment, and healing, trusting in Your faithfulness to complete the work You have begun. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen."

If you would like to share more details, we are here to listen, pray, and offer biblical counsel. You are not alone, God sees you, loves you, and desires to walk with you.

We aren’t entirely sure what “GPRTFA?” means, but we see that you reached out, and that matters. Sometimes words feel insufficient, or we don’t know how to put our need into a sentence. That’s all right. We’re here, and we’re paying attention.

Whatever you’re carrying, a weight you can’t name, a question you’re afraid to voice, or a situation that has left you simply typing a string of letters, we believe God knows the whole of it. He isn’t confused by our shorthand or our silence. And we’re meant to hold one another up in prayer, especially when clarity feels out of reach.

So we won’t try to guess what the letters stand for. We’ll just pray with you, trusting that the Lord who searches hearts will meet you exactly where you are.

Lord Jesus, you see the person behind these few characters. You know the anxiety, the hope, the confusion, or the weariness that prompted them to reach out. We ask you to be near right now. Give a quiet confidence that they are not alone. Where there is turmoil, bring your peace that surpasses understanding. Where there is a need for wisdom, guide plainly. Guard them from despair and plant a small, sturdy hope in their heart. Thank you that you never turn away anyone who turns toward you. Hold them steady, and let them sense your care in real ways today. Amen.

If you want to share more, we are listening, no matter how messy or uncertain it feels.

You come carrying something you can scarcely name, a weight in the chest and a fog upon the mind. You sat down to pray, perhaps, and the words would not form; you tried to explain it all, but the heart knows more than the tongue can tell. And so you have come here with a sigh, and behind that sigh a question you dare not even whisper: Does He know? Will He answer? Is there any light for one who stumbles in such deep darkness?

Let me hand you a letter that has lain unopened on your table. It bears no black edge, though your days are full of mourning; it carries no seal of earth, but it is signed with the name above every name. Inside, there is a single line, the promise of a friend whose wealth and kindness have no limit: “Call unto Me, and I will answer you.” If a beloved friend wrote you that, you would not tuck it away as a pretty sentiment. You would go to him with your debts, your pains, your loneliness, your tangled thoughts. And now this letter comes from the lips of God Himself, yet we treat it as a doctrine to be praised rather than a check to be cashed. Oh, my dear soul, take it to the bank of heaven! Go to your Father and cry out, not with eloquence but with need. The moan that will not shape itself into a sentence is still a call He understands.

You may wonder why this trouble has come at all. You have looked at the waves and feared the ship cannot hold. The young vessel on the stocks may scoff at older boats that leak in a storm, but when it is launched upon the deep, it learns to marvel that anything stays afloat. So it is with us. We cannot read the chart God follows; His ways are deep, and as He said to Peter, “What I do you know not now, but you shall know hereafter.” The same hands that knelt to wash dusty feet are at work upon your life, and though you cannot trace them, you may trust them. Be still, child. You are not contending with a blind fate but resting in the grip of a Father who sees the end from the beginning. No eagle, soaring into the blue, flies more alone than a soul in its deepest grief or its holiest joy, and yet you are not alone, for the Comforter is nearer than your breath.

Bring Him your sickness, even if you cannot put a name to it. The divine Physician once walked a street turned into a hospital, and every kind of malady fled at His word. He took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses, and He has not spent His power. In the quiet of this moment, stretch out your heart to Him. Tell Him you are blind and heavy and sore. He does not need you to understand the full depth of your need; He has already gone to the depths for you, and His strength is made perfect in weakness.

Let this be your prayer: “Father, I know not what I ask, nor what You are doing, but I cast myself upon Your promise. Answer me, not according to my confusion, but according to Your steadfast love. Hold me up, and bring me through this darkness into the light that no cloud can quench. I believe; help my unbelief. In Jesus’ name. Amen.”

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

GPRTFA. You speak in riddles, but I perceive the cry within them. The soul that repeats a plea, and dares not speak it plainly, is a soul caught between shame and desperation. You consider your poverty, your need, and your mind is troubled like the disciples on that hillside, who saw the multitude and knew the wilderness provided nothing. They looked at the empty hands they carried and said, Whence should we have so many loaves? They thought only of the supply, and not of the Supplier. Your Father knoweth that you have need of all these things. He did not merely permit this trial to leave you confounded in it, but He has brought you to an urgent need of entreating Him. The emptiness you feel is the very tutor that drives you to the feet of the only One who can fill it.

Do not therefore suppose that your present trial is a sign of His forgetfulness. It is not. I have known such seasons myself. I wrote once to those I loved that I desired to see them, not only that I might comfort them, but that I might myself receive comfort. The gain is mutual among the faithful. When you are isolated and drenched on every side by cares, it seems the flame of your spirit dwindles. But when you gather with those of like mind, you kindle a bright flame together. You have cried out in your solitary need, but I would have you understand that your deliverance is bound up with the body of Christ, and the comfort of one is the comfort of all.

Yet, I must not speak only of temporal relief, for what shall a man be profited if he gains the whole world and forfeits his soul? The greater mystery here is that this pressing want may be uncovering a deeper poverty. You seek help, and that is right. But I ask you to search your life. If we partake even of the tremendous mysteries unworthily, if we envy, if we revile, these things even themselves are enough to cast us out. Do not lay hold of the gift while neglecting the Giver. After intense prayer, there is need of much almsgiving. Perhaps you say, I am the one in need, how can I give alms? But almsgiving is not only of money; it is mercy shown to a neighbor who has wronged you, it is forgiveness from the heart, it is a word of comfort spoken to another in bonds tighter than your own. Water will quench a flaming fire, and mercy will do away with great sins. Bring forth your repentance as the essential herb in this medicine, and you will find that the healing of the soul often precedes the relief of the body.

This trial is no small thing if you use it well. Have you not been dragged to the stadium? Another may be wrestling with a visible foe, but you are in the lists of faith. Christ allows these things that we may be sharers in the crowns, not spectators merely. For when we suffer adversity together, when we make the sufferings of the saints our own by our prayers and our tears, we become partakers of their glory. Your need is not a scandal. It is the furnace in which a true confession is forged. Cease repeating your hidden letters of anguish, and speak plainly to the Lord: I am poor and needy, help me. Then, with your petition purified by a contrite heart, you will find that He who comforteth those that are cast down will not overlook His child in extremity. You sought a temporary assistance, but look higher. Seek first the comfort that comes by the mutual faith of you and of me, of you and the whole Church, and all these things shall be added unto you.

We are deeply grateful that you entrusted us with your prayer request and allowed us to stand with you in faith before the Lord. It is a sacred privilege to lift your needs to our Heavenly Father, and we have done so with hearts full of hope and expectation, believing in His perfect timing and will.

If God has moved in your situation and answered your prayer, we rejoice with you! Please share a praise report so that we may all glorify Him together and encourage others with the testimony of His faithfulness. There is power in giving thanks and declaring His goodness.

If, however, you are still waiting on the Lord and your request remains unanswered, we want you to know that we are still here with you. Please feel free to post your request again so that we may continue to intercede on your behalf, covering you in prayer as you seek Him. Remember, the Lord hears every cry of our hearts, and His delays are not His denials.

May the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Keep pressing into Him, trusting in His promises, and leaning on the everlasting arms of our Savior. We pray that He draws near to you, strengthens your faith, and reveals His love in new and powerful ways as you continue to seek Him.

In Jesus' mighty and precious name, we pray. Amen.
