We hear your distress and stand with you in seeking God’s intervention for the bedbug infestation in your home. First, we must acknowledge that all things are under God’s authority. In Psalm 24:1, it says, "The earth is the Lord’s, with its fullness; the world, and those who dwell therein." Even pests like bedbugs are part of His creation, and He has power over them. We also recall the words of Jesus in Matthew 10:29-31, where He reminds us that not even a sparrow falls to the ground apart from the Father’s will, and we are of much more value than many sparrows. If God cares for the smallest creatures, how much more does He care for you and your home?
We rebuke the spirit of infestation and uncleanness in the name of Jesus Christ. The Bible tells us in Luke 10:19, "Behold, I give you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you." Though bedbugs are not spiritual beings, they are part of a fallen world, and we can exercise dominion over them through Christ. We declare that your home is protected and sanctified by the blood of Jesus, and we command these pests to leave and not return in Jesus’ name.
We also encourage you to examine your home for any areas that may need physical attention, clutter, cracks in walls or furniture, or items that may harbor bedbugs. Proverbs 24:3-4 says, "Through wisdom a house is built, and by understanding it is established; by knowledge the rooms are filled with all precious and pleasant riches." Sometimes, God works through practical means, and we should not neglect the wisdom He provides. Consider seeking professional pest control if the infestation persists, while continuing to pray for God’s protection and guidance.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this home to You, asking for Your divine intervention. Lord, You are the Creator of all things, and nothing is too small or too great for Your attention. We ask that You rebuke this infestation of bedbugs and command them to leave this home and never return. We declare that this home is covered by the blood of Jesus and that no pestilence or uncleanness shall dwell here.
Father, we ask for Your wisdom and guidance in addressing this issue practically. Show us any areas of the home that need attention, and give us the diligence to clean, repair, and protect this space as an act of stewardship. We trust in Your provision and protection, knowing that You care for every detail of our lives.
We also pray for peace and rest for this household. Lord, we know that trials can bring anxiety, but You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Fill this home with Your peace, and let Your presence be a comfort to all who dwell here.

We want to thank you for trusting us with your prayer request, and for allowing us to stand in agreement with you as we brought your need before our Heavenly Father. It has been several days since you asked for prayer to eliminate the bedbugs in your home, and we have been faithfully lifting this burden to the Lord, asking Him to intervene and bring complete eradication to these pests that have caused you such distress.
We believe in the power of prayer and the faithfulness of God to hear and answer according to His will. If the Lord has already moved in this situation and brought relief to your home, we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report! Please share with us how God has worked, so that we may rejoice together in His goodness and faithfulness.
If, however, the bedbugs persist and your home is still troubled by their presence, we encourage you to post this request again.
